I do not like that name I have never been a 'fool' apart from April 1st! This threads name is very good indeed! Bringing the magic home was good as well, but not a fool?

I read on another thread in the main forum this cruise is still complelty full and sold out even with the few mulitiple bookings deposits not being paid so, they are not releasing and more rooms, so it is more popular than 2005 they had availability again for a limited time a few days after release.

Well, after all the insanity of booking the 8/17 cruises, I am headed to the Disney Wonder for R & R!!! We leave tomorrow morning, although I will still have some work to do before I can leave for the port (darned paperwork!). This will be cruise number 56, and we hit 60 in December. By the time the Panama repo comes long, we should be well into the 60s...scary thought!! It would be cool if it were #70, but even the infamous Barb & Tony don't cruise quite THAT much.

I thought the 8's had the large window and the 9's had the small portholes???

The category 9s I have stayed in on deck 2 had large port holes!

Ya know, this is a pet peeve with DH. He puts in the washer, puts in the dryer, throws it in the laundry basket and brags how he just did all the laundry. My thing is...Ya don't fold, it don't count

Ugh, so jealous!
Last year I already had my return deposited in my account by this time -and I haven't been able to complete mine because my husband's stupid W-2 hasn't shown up in the mail yet! I just KNOW his employer has messed up on our address- we moved in Nov. So it will probably take awhile for it to be forwarded to us- if it gets forwarded. I know they have our correct address in their system because I saw it online! But who knows if they gave that info to the powers that be that send out the W-2's.

Ohwell, it's not like we need it right now. That sucker will be going straight to savings for this cruise.

I was a couple days late in getting my taxes done as well, something important came up........................like booking this cruise.....................so I put the taxes on hold a few extra days.

The category 9s I have stayed in on deck 2 had large port holes!

About portholes. All the oceanview staterooms have the large portholes with the exception of the few oceanview on Deck One. The one's on Deck one have the two small portholes.

Need some direction and since this thread has lots of action am hoping someone can help. I am trying to track down a certain head waiter on the Magic - what is the best way to find out his last name or confirmation of his country so that I can make a request to be put in his section? Assuming of course they are still working the Magic.

I put in for our old food server and beverage waiter but realized that it would be best to go under head server as he did a most fantastic job. I know that you can request onboard but TA called DCL and they made note of request and also passed on info to do same on board ship. In the meantime, anyone going on the Magic anytime soon?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This might be a long shot, but is it a Head Server you have had in the past, do you still have the tip ticket stub you were given? The CM's names are on the ticket stub, that's how I found out the last names of the CM's we had during our cruises.

I'm glad we were able to get the Andrew, Andy situation taken care of yesterday.

Since I see you sign your name as Pete, I'm taking you prefer that over Peter? Like I told you yesterday, my youngest brother is named Peter, but we have to call him Pete, because his son's name is also Peter, and we have to call him Peter, so we don't get Pete mixed up with Peter. You should see it at family gatherings, as we have a lot of Peter's in our family. I have a grandfather, uncle and cousin are also named Peter or Pete, I can't keep track of what we call who anymore.

Just thoguht I'd add some humor to the thread this morning!!!
