Laundry......UG! I hate to do laundry while on vacation. I was just under the weight limit for the 11 Night cruise, and coming back was a nightmare because of my purchases and all the goodies we'd received.....Don't know what I'll do this time.......maybe splurge and have my laundry done??
That means giving up at least one spa appointment.:headache:

So be it!

Ok guys you are having too much fun on here, I am starting to wonder if we are going to put the Carnival party ships to shame during this cruise.:cool1: But seriously, can you help me with a question? I believe that on the last Panamal Cruises they didn't have vow renewals or REAS packages, am I remembering this correctly? DH and I will be celebrating our 20th and I would love to do a vow renewal but I am not getting my hopes up.

I am having a very very slow time here with the DIS servers...

... refreshing pages and moving about is annoyingly slow. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm shifting to really small images to speed your downloads...

Yes for 30 mins recently locked out and this morning it was slow and usually its fast am here as you are all in bed!!

I think its this thread too many photos posts etc.

My whole internet connection has been running slow the last hour or so....hasn't just been here on the boards....thought it was just me...now I'm starting to wonder.

At least we are not getting the site is too busy messages. I hate those.

Oh, don't talk about laundry! Just about the first thing DH said to me after hearing 15-nights was "We're going to have to do laundry"

I HATE doing laundry on vacation. (Well, I hate doing laundry at home and vacation makes it even worse!!!)

We always have the pressing service onboard for our fancy duds. I think I might pack 10 days worth of clothes and spring for a bit of laundry service to make it through.

Best to take less and reuse, and hire TUX onboard we are vetrans on organising clothes re long usa trips and two kids

For the heck of it I just checked the price on one of the most popular on-line travel agencies (don't know if I'm allowed to mention the name) for the May 12th transatlantic for a family of 4 in cat. 6 for a total of 7735.44 including taxes & fees. Doesn't that seem ridiculously low or was that particular cruise not selling well? :confused3 I'm obsessing I know! :sad2:

I did warn yesterday there is a plot to stop us booking on Wednesday looks like Mr Incredible was right and they are slowing down the internet connections to mess up booking on 31st!

......... at DLP didnt bother with laundry that time as it was a four day trip by Eurostar from London.

Andrew

Talking of Eurostar, Virgin gave me four free tickets for Eurostar for booking with them for this year, wonder what they'll give us next year for booking to LA ???

We're thinking of going to Belgium for a few days.

David

On our Alaska cruise last summer on NCL, they gave us a paper bag a couple of days prior to the end of the cruise. For $20 they would launder all the clothes you could fit in the bag. I stuffed that bag like no bag has been stuffed before! I am sure they got the short end of that deal. Twenty four hours later the clothes were returned laundered, pressed and on hangers!
It was so nice to get home from that trip with a good percentage of my laundry already done. I just unpacked and put all the clean clothes away.

I don't have an answer, but would like to know if anyone knows. My parents will be 2 months shy of their 60th so it might be cool for them to renew. They did at the 50th party we had for them and I think it would be fun to see them do it again.

Really enjoy Eurostar so close so fast and will be better later this year with the new track to St Pancras via Stratford chopping times down further, cant wait to see a javerlin train in the future.

Virgin yes would be nice cannot book for a long time though as fares cannot be released this early.

Enjoy your trip

Yes, I heard there were all kinds of incentives for that cruise....I think someone even mentioned kids sail free.

Wednesday is ONLY three days away, well we are roughly 65 hours away now from the opening bell you'll just have to wait until then!!! :rotfl2:

I actually fell asleep in my chair waiting for this thread to open up earlier this afternoon. :rotfl:

I know I AM ashamed! I'm worse then a child waiting for Christmas morning!

And what I should've said is, "Doesn't that seem ridiculously high! What do they think we are billionaires!!!"
