I need your closets... I have some pants i just bought a couple months ago and they're too big now. I tried to shrink em'. Even the old navy pants i bought 3 weeks ago are looser.

That had to be almost the worst football game I ever seen. (It would have been the worst had the Steelers lost).

It was also sad and painful to watch. At this point.........I can only hope they keep losing so they can get a good first round draft pick.

Did you hear them mention last night all the draft picks Miami gave up in hopes to find another Marino?

My understanding is that radon causes clothes to shrink, you may want to have your house tested (kidding)

They cancel flights at O'Hare due to weather, maintenance, high tides, signs of the Zodiac, sunspots, mating habits of the African gazelle and out of pure whimsy.

That's nice Cheryl. I am still in touch with somebody from our 2006 cruise. She is making plans to visit me in the spring. We talk on the phone at least once 0r twice a week. I would like to get togfether for another meet. I hope I get picked for that party............It's Jan. 26 and EVERYONE is invited.

Hey Cheryl you just gave me a great idea ! Why don't I just plan for plan B if i don't get picked. I can hold the clubhouse for a private party. It has everything, nice & cozy. I wouldn't mind hosting a dis-meet in March for anyone willing to visit.

I was going to put our tree up on Friday, but I went into work, then I just didn't feel up to doing it over the weekend, since I had started on the Christmas cards. It WILL ge up sooner or later...............

Well, it is "officially official" at last. It only took me mom nearly two years(she's not a fast mover when it comes to legal matters), but as of 10:00am EST this morning, Hazel and I are now the DEED OWNERS of our Florida property. My mom is a trip I tell you, but I her dearly!!!

I can't wait to get that deed and put it in our safety deposit box at the bank!!!

Time to grab a bite of lunch, will check in later............

It's nice to get something in the mail instead of bills for a change. Good luck in finding another job. I would get another if not happy. It just effects you in really stressful ways. Telling future emp. right up front will help you get those 2 weeks off.

Sounds like your SM package arrived on just the right day. Terri, it is really difficult to spend so many hours of your life somewhere that you aren't happy. Hopefully your situation improves there

Thanks all. I do have a meeting with one of the supervisors this afternoon to "air" my complaints. It is hard because I really like what I do. I am just having trouble with one individual who is trying to ruin my hard earned reputation in this firm. Hopefully I can clear the air, but I am not sure it will stop this person from driving me crazy (not that it is a long drive!).

Guess I better get back to work or they will have something to complain about.

I priced out airfare for the March DL meet. SFO - LAX. Regular price for 2 was $237, with the promo it went down to $139. I never book airfare this far in advance. Especially with my ST. You never know when he'll be able to make a trip. BUT....this is such a great deal, I'm seriously considering it. Will make a decision some time today. The flights I was looking at are fairly empty, so I'm certain it won't sell out.
