I finally, FINALLY get to start physical therapy and take baby steps. Won't be long and I'll be walking upright again! :cool1:

I'm glad you finally got some good news Stace! Start with those baby steps and you'll be running marathons before you know it! Well, at least you'll be cruisin' around Disneyland in March!

Quick drive by to say DS will be coming home Friday :cool1:

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. I'm sure they helped. We've seen a lot of improvement but still have a long road ahead of us.

Monica, we're so glad that your son is making progress. We'll continue to keep your family in our prayers. And I know this probably sounds lame, coming from someone you never met, who lives across the country, and only knows you through a message board: if there is anything that we can do for you (besides moral support, :grouphug: whiich I hope you know you have), please let us know. Best wishes for his continued progress.

Mike & Linda

DW is down in WDW for a Grils Gone Wild (OK... Middle-Aged Women Gone Semi-Wild) Weekend with 5 ladies that I used to work with at the Disney Store. Yesterday, they were in the Magic Kingdom, and were apporached by the Dream Team:wizard: ! The had a private meeting with Cinderella for the 6 of them, and they got to be the Grand Marshalls in the Family Fun Parade. She said they had a blast, and laughed til their sides hurt. I can't wait to see the pictures.

We were down for 12 days in Aug and never saw the Dream Team. I was starting to wonder if they really exist.

I heard that they extended the Year of a Million Dreams to include next year too. (That's one heck of a long year!) Which DIS'er do you think will win the overnight stay in the Mickey Mouse Penthouse Suite? How many DIS'ers do you think we can squeeze in there for a pre-cruise meet?

Wow it sure sounds like an exciting night last night. I missed it all because my DH (okay maybe I should remove the "D"), took over the computer. Congrats Crash! I couldn't believe how many new posts there were since yesterday. Well I am off to my daughters swim meet - I fed her a large bowl of pasta last night, so hopefully she does well.

Good luck at the swim meet! Bananas, pineapple, red grape juice, Endurox and Accelerade are great to consume at the meets.

I have my family all over England today, DD went to Manchester early this morning for a pop concert with the guides, Whilst my wife works, I went down London early with DS, to go one some trains and see the sights.

London was busy with the England football match European qualifier in Wembly, -just won that, and Eurostar trains busy at Waterloo, with Rugby fans going to Paris to play the French tonight.

Shops very busy in the late Autumn (Fall) sunny weather.

OK Andrew, now that your family has England covered.....Can you find out what happened to David? He hasn't been around since his trip to the US in August. Did we scare him off?

I had noticed that as well, as he says he works for the government, I presume they have called him into action, on his 007 status, and currently is deep under cover, ( maybe bed covers knowing our agents).

Actually I did see a recent post from him on the UK, dis if I can find it I will prompt him over here.

He made a post September 22nd there, maybe more, I sent him a PM to report in!

Also YES you do all scare us Brits off!!!!!!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

WOW.....you guys had lots of fun last night! pirate:

Well, DD and I managed to make about 6 dozen gingersnaps, a chicken potpie for the freezer and one for dinner last night and then we also made some rolls to go with dinner. We had fun in the kitchen yesterday. I like it when my kids are not too sick to have fun with, it sort of becomes a "bonus" day for me since I had to stay home with her. I hate that she has chicken pox, we really can't go anywhere but on the upside she is not itchy (thank goodness for allergy meds), she is not sick at all, she is just her normal self! She did have some new bumps appear this morning though

I just got back from my 5 mile run this morning and it felt good to be in the cold and crisp air, love the fall! Hope everyone has a great weekend! Here are my 7 question responses:

Neither of my DDs were ill when they had chicken pox. The youngeset had a day of real discomfort when the spots were erupting on her nappy area. Potentially she could have infected both Epcot & MK as we were in Epcot when the spots started popping up like toast in the toaster & the day prior we had done the family magic tour at MK! Hope she's over the worst of it soon!

You do realise that now you know, we'll have to silence you!!! Just caught up whilst sitting watching the rugger - started promising, but now more even although Engalnd need to get back in front.

Eldest DD is having a sleepover tonight for her 8th birthday (altho' she isn't 8 until next Sunday) but I can't see there being much sleeping going on!!!!

Oh good, I'm not the only one feeling that way today...........:rotfl2:

The highlight of my day so far has been dropping Angelina off at work this morning...........

Well, that and watching Penn State just take a 24-7 lead over Wisconsin!!! :goodvibes

AND

Latest: England 14-9 France

80 mins: FULL-TIME England 14-9 France
France set up ruck after ruck, England's defence holds strong. The hosts recycle the ball time after time and England's defence stretch every sinew time after time...

And that's it! A huge hit from Gomarsall ends with a France spill and England have done it again! They are in the final - what a result for Brian Ashton's men.

DH has finally sat down! As we're relegated to watching telly in the room under youngest DD he's not been allowed to be vocal - keeping him fit instead!!!! What a GREAT result tho'

Thank you for the advice. She had three races today and she received two PBs. Tomorrow she has three more races. I'll be sure to pack some bananas. I have never heard of Endurox or Accelerade. I will look them up on the Internet.

Anybody else see the $599 cruise for December? I got a hold of Debbie at DU,sent me a quote of $1308. for the 2 of us in a Cat. 12. Looking at the Dec. 8th Eastern, for my 50th birthday on Dec. 3rd!

I hope that you booked this cruise for yourself because I see nothing near these price ranges when I log into the Disney web site (not that I could go during this time period, but I could DREAM). This would make a great 50th birthday present.
