Hi everyone! Hope everyon had a great holiday. Playing ketchup! Great pics everyone. Todd like the pics in your siggie.

Today was the frist day of school. Half day starting at noon! Also found out no more morning before care at her school any more. They do serve breakfast, so I might be able to drop dd off around 7:30 for that and than race to work. So we are back to the old school grind! Next Monday will be the killer. DD has choir practice than 3 dance classes from 5:30 - 7:45! Once we get use to it, we'll be OK.

Back to ketchup.

We have a 7 year old boxer - I always find it amusing that they all seem to sleep and relax (on the couch of course) the same way!

Trying to play ketchup and keep up. With being in Bermuda last week, and school starting for us teachers today it is going to be tricky. I miss those lazy summer days when I could read all the posts.

My family is booked into the Crowne Plaza for the 3 nights before the cruise.

And that's a 7ft long couch! Do you think he'd let dear,ol' Mom have one end to herself once in a while? Not on your life! He always has to lay between me and the back of the couch and I get the very edge of it...little turd.

I'm an Elementary School Lunch Lady myself. We've been back to work since the 15th,school started Aug.21st.

We'll be coming in 2 days before and staying at the HoJos across the street from DL. That's if I can ever get thie thing paid off!

Hey guys! I haven't been here for awhile - FIL has been in the hospital so we have been spending a lot of time with him. He is in Rehab now and doing much better so we are happy about that.

Back to school last week for me, got my classroom put together and was ready for the students this morning. All the kids were excited but tired at the end of the day. DS had a "good but boring" first day of 7th grade and DD had a wonderful first day of 3rd grade. Big to all the kids and parents out there as we start a new school year!

Have to say thanks to everyone for all the VERY COOL pics and the virtual cruise. It's a nice escape from the real world when I see all these wonderful pics. The virtual cruise was awesome and when I look at it I am reminded of what we are working so hard for.

Oh DAHUFFY..........you may want to remind Harley that the next time he gets that close to the computer - no sneezing allowed - YIKES! That is such a cute picture!

Hope all has a great week! So far I think I am keeping up with you all, I guess I will keep trying!

By the way - we are early diners too

Our DD got into bed at 11:00pm on Friday and was up again at 6:30am. Mommie was not a happy woman.

Hey...that was about the times DD slept when she was little but it worked for us cause with school and all (my senior yr in college) i was lucky if i got 4 hours of sleep anyway....

As for dining....

I'm sure you just missed the fact that we're in the main seating in my mondo-multi-quote this morning.

OK there's two fam's with the captain...

I think Mike DHCHrisva might have capt's or at last wait list for capt's.
Caroline's group has it. (i think) I have it...
Judy probably had it but it no longer going.

We had a list at one point. Tom !!!!! Did Lisa pass that info along from the old site? Or is that priveledged/classified info too?

Lisa arranged the linked dining on our Dec cruise. I wouldn't mind doing it for Capt's (Main) dining. Did everyone still want the 6:00 time slot or go to maybe 5:45? I know we need to start with a list of how many are in your groups, names, and ressie #'s to link the group. Once we have a list, we need to divide into serving station groups (cause 2 waiters can't handle us all )

Well, the good news is I got a room assignment, but the not so good news is that it appears all my requests were filed in the circular file

Our cat 11 got assigned, but it's on Deck 7, so there's no chance of our Cat 6 being even on the same deck! Our frind who is travelling with us let our TA switch her room with ours. Now our cat 11 is on deck 6, so there's still a glimmer of hope...

I was thinking the same thing Todd. Are we the only ones in Captains Dining?

Thank you all for your wishes. We are so very excited! (I am still flying around like tinker bell!)

As for a disney wedding (WDW or onboard DCL) I think I am the only one for that. Our family is so large there would be no way everyone would be able to attend (me:not such a bad idea/parents: want family to be there). So ALAS I think we will have to settle for a renewal at some point....

No date has been set.

We wanted a WDW wedding, but my grandmother and some of our other relatives would not have been able to make it, so we got married at home. Then we honeymooned in Jamaica, and as a present to each other, spent a few days at WDW on the way back. We thought about a vow renewal at WDW for our 15th, but I'll just be graduating, so it will probably be for our 20th anniversary. What's everyone doing in 2014?!?!?

Hey, I have a DD that just started 7th grade last week. She will be thrilled to hear that there will be other kids her own age going.

She will be even happier to find out that your DS has Capt seating also.

Oh, I'm just being too picky, Diane. I requested 8084 (the cabin we've always cruised in) or ANYTHING aft. I was assigned 8540. It just means more people are going to see my grumpy mug while I schlep up to deck 9 to get hot water to make my coffee. Can't tolerate DCL Coffee (must have Peet's). Please don't judge me too harshly if you happen to see me before my morning coffee

Third, my DW was just mentioning the same thing about Todd getting a mail order minister certificate. Although he is The Captain isn't he and we are at Sea.

Well, the skies did open up right as we were leaving Epcot (think monsoon )
Or course I sent DH to find a poncho or umbrella since I didn't have time to dry my hair before our dinner reservation
He got over being annoyed at me since dinner was at Victoria and Albert's

I actually did the wine pairings this time, amazing

Looking forward to wine tasting on the Magic next August
