Hi everyone!

Just want to say hi before I try to ketchup. Have fallen behind since Saturday.:) I see many new developments.

TTFN

Hi Peter.:wave2: Hope you are doing well!! How's the sewing coming along. I am pretty sure I won't get any done.

Hey BIP!

Hope your OK?
Oh I'm okay hon. It just aches a bit and is only mildly annoying simply because it's my left arm and I'm left handed- but I will live. If only to make it to this TOAL if nothing else.
:rotfl: :lmao:
But thanks for thinking about me! :)

I noticed on Bips post she quoted me about the bee sting but it came up as Chris? Looks like the boards are wacky from the heat as well :lmao:
Huh? I'm so confused. The person I quoted is the one that wrote the post....
??

Hiya Laura!

We're good! I cut out my britches from a pattern from reconstructinghistory.com about 2 weeks ago and it's lying in my basement waiting for attention. My Barbossa hat did come last week. Very excited about that. Feathers and all. I'd like to get my britches done by September.:)

Not yet. I booked direct (yay OBC) and will switch to Dreams before our final payoff. I like to be able to keep track of my ressie for a while.

That would be me...  OOOOoooo. Look ma, I'm FaMOUSE!

You can keep track of your ressie on DU's website. I check mine at least once a month. Besides, move over now so you can take advantage of the doubled OBC.

I had my last 2 children when I was 35 (almost 36) and 39. :goodvibes

Our kids are spaced really far apart -- God's plan, not ours. I had our first child at 17, 2nd at 21, 3 at 28, 4 at 35 and 5 at 39. BTW all the kids have the same MOM and DAD. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

My BIL has 24 Years between his 1st and 2nd!!!!

It is funny. I have pretty much had the whole summer to do what sewing I want since I had take time off to help Elizabeth during her recovery. i haven't sewn a thing. I have zero motivation. I guess since that is my usual job I don't feel like sewing now. I have to finish an afghan that I am making for my neice whose baby is due this month and I haven't felt the desire to do that either. Just lazy I guess.

Not lazy. I believe the new 'politically correct' term is "Motivationally Challenged" :rotfl:

I'm hoping for an address to port so I can send our formal clothes and Pirate costumes ahead.

We are lucky to have family in LA and we will send anything ahead and go "shopping" for water when we get there. Oh and there is the FREE place to stay.

As promised, here is my baby dalmatian Rianne. She was 4 months old when we got her from a rescue 3 years ago and she is such a great companion. She is wonderful with my kids and very athletic but also she is deaf. She will chase a ball and drop it at your feet and wait for it to be thrown again, she runs three miles almost every morning with myself or my DH. She very rarely barks - I think because she is deaf. I have taught her some sign language and she is a quick learner, its just hard to get her attention sometimes. She does have nasty habits too - she is a cat chaser and would probably kill a cat if she ever caught one. Plus, she loves to dig hole sin the backyard and will eat any garbage that comes her way - YUCK! Anyways, i just wanted to share!

:thumbsup2 Don't mess with a controller:) . The Disney letter announcing they were paying the toll increase was well received here. $400 becomes a lot when DW is still laid off and has her $12,000+ dissertation to pay for yet.

BACK NOW HOME, SEE other thread in main forum

Enjoying the pictures....look forward to more.

Hi Everyone! Boy was it FUN going back to work today(not!) It was 102 here today with 109 heat index.....................YUCK!!!!

Hope everyone had a great day.:goodvibes

A quick check in from Barcelona Airport, after a fabulous cruise on the Magic.

Those 11 days went so fast.

The ship great as ever, the ports fantastic so much to do, so little time.

From touring Naples Sorrento Amalfi drive, Pompeii, to touring Rome, to a train ride in Sardinia, and a picnic lunch, to Florence so stunning, and a climb of Pisa, To Provence and Cassis, the cliff coastline, and Monte Carlo Nice and Villafrance.

Little time on ship, but the shows all great Disney dreams enhanced with 'snow' and Lion king Puma and Crush in the under the sea bit, to When Mickey dreams a great new aerobic show, the art of the story, was good but needs a little work.

Menes very good service in Palo great though scones for afternoon tea a little flat.

Weather great until last sea day, rough seas blowing a gale, sunny am then goofy pool and deck 4 closed off. Rain on arrival in Barcelona today.

Servers great, our Cruise director was Brent, more of a manager than the other CD's I feel.

Ship was full but they handled lines well.

I am glad you had a great time Andrew! I would have loved to do one of those cruises:goodvibes

:cool1: :thumbsup2

Did any one start plans for another wine tasting on this trip????
