Congrats!

I am actually donating my time ...they have the Cancer Society there and they wanted to use this chance to make a little money ...So they have me taken pictures for a donation ...Of course with 100 percent of the money going to the Cancer Society. I think its for Breast cancer ....So I think ole Captain Jack may do a few exam's himself .....:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Just Joking ....:lmao: :lmao:

pirate:

Thanks a very nice thing you're doing Todd, and even though it's dirty, I think it's okay for you to perform ONE breast exam for volunteering your time for a good cause. Just make sure you choose that ONE carefully (heck it's Vegas....b**bs aplenty) :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Awww I can see it now ....(dream sequence) ..............

Well Elizabeth those b**bs do not flatter you , it should be new b**bs or nothing at all ....I happen to have no b**bs in my cabin..

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Sorry I am being crazy today ...LOL

pirate:

This is the way I always feel in chat....CRAZY!! And I say the most outrageous things too. I'd like to say I'm acting out of character in chat, but, well, no, that's really me :lmao:

I wanta be the LION -----I have always loved the sweet lion. I like his tail that he can't quite make go the correct way...........kinda like the Captain's other appendage.......:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Judy I hope your talking about the Captain's well-protected sword there :rotfl2: Oh yeah, and can I be the Wicked Witch of the West. That suits me to a T!

Look kids, no math!

Now that is really my kind of formula!!! I like cake, but I LOVE alcohol!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

This reminds me of the Halloween when one of the OB/GYN's I work with came dressed as a Mammogram machine. You don't even want to know where the opening was!!!! :rotfl2:

I thought our HR director was going to pass out.

Mary as an HR Administrator I would've stroked out! :rotfl: then who knows, maybe I would have tried the mammo machine :rotfl:

Hey Everybody!!!! I Have Found Out Where All Of Your Rooms Are On The Cruise!!! Someone shared this on the great price on the WB Med repo thread.

OMG Lisa this is too funny!! And yet..........COULD WE GET THIS FOR THE TOAL?????? We can all stay together in one big room! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Ahhhh the romance of a sextant and celestial navigation....

I'll take GPS navigation thanks very much!

But I was indeed thinking about bringing my laptop and GPS unit to map our progress...I figured if we're going to bring DW's laptop to offload the 1000s of photos and use its DVD burner to make discs then I may as well load up the navi software and bring the GPS receiver. Glad to know I'm not the only geek thinking of such things :teeth: Sayyyyy, maybe M's DH can use a little pull and get Capt. Tom to let us compare our findings to the ship's nav system? :cool2: Yeah, fat chance....

Don't know how much discussion there'll be. Security is a little more used to the idea of this trip and my boss said I might even be able to go on all the port calls. :woohoo: Of course some wiseguy upstairs said that would also involve a lobotomy or some such thing :headache:

The navigator has to know how to use a sextant and I have often thought about seeing if he would teach a class for us GPS geeks.

Plotting it on the computer? Lazy! At the very least use pencil and paper.

Lessons from the Navigator would be awesome. Wonder how many folks ask him/her for sextant lessons.

Yeah - I hear you. DH may not be able to get off at all the ports either. though he really hasn't wrapped his mind around it yet. (Have to PAY for the bloody vacation first!)

Look kids, no math!

061208_pina_colada_vmed.widec.jpg

I dunno. How many ounces DO you put in that thing?? Then of course, there's the equation for determining the number you need to drink:

(number of meetings today) x 0.25 +
(number of times children got in trouble at school today) x 1.5 +
(number of outstanding chores you are ignoring to play on DIS) x 0.5 +
(number of meals you cooked today) x 1.0 +
(number of times someone cut you off while driving) x 0.25 +
round UP to the nearest whole number (drinks don't come in parts after all) = number of drinks to lift tonight

Oh my, I'm up to 8!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Um, excuse me Lisa. Ms. Seating Coordinator, m'am.
Can I please request a table far away from the stinky pirates?

Or maybe, move the stinky pirate off to their own corner??

Gets tattooed on Todd's arm! :teeth:

Hey Todd, can I see the new b**b tattoo??

Something tells me that the, "no rum before dinner on Pirate night" is going to last til about 10AM. Todd is going to be propped up in a chair in one of the dining room mumbling something about his sword by time late dinner rolls around. :lmao: :lmao:

Well then, we'll be wanting the authentic experience won't we?? Perhaps we can just give him crew rations?

Hazel got a call from the school nurse at 12:30 this afternoon, our poor baby is so sick. Hazel was able to get Angelina in to see the doc at 3:30 and came home with three new prescriptions. Angelina's allergies are really BAD this year and I'm not surprised as I usually don't suffer with pollen, but I'm even having trouble as of late. Angelina is in bed and Hazel just left to pick up the new meds. I sure hope they kick in fast, the Gwen Stefani concert is only 4 days away. Please send some extra :wizard: this way, thanks!!!

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

Okay - I did it - I'm booked (and paid) on the Aug. Transatlantic Repo!!!!!

Just me - talk about self-indulgence!! Now I'm going to book my flight to Paris and my train tix to Barcelona.
I am so excited.

Congrats Chris.....how thoroughly exciting! You're gonna have a great time!

Oh Andy I'm sending pixie dust to Angelina for a quick recovery!

Hi everyone!!!

I have been away for a couple of days.Flying up to NY for my nephews' college graduation. What a whirlwind weekend. My plane was three hours late getting into Syracuse. In Philly we were 30 in line for take-off!!! One runway was closed! So that made all my plans for Friday a wash! Graduation, two parties and getting to visit everyone that I haven't seen in awhile.

I flew home yesterday and I was so sick. I woke up and the nausea just stayed with me and it was no fun flying.

I have to ask you fellow disers - how do you get around Philly airport? It is so huge and confusing and being sick was no help! But all in all I got home safe.

The graduation was wonderful( some of you know my sister Elaine who was on the 08/06 cruise with us. Her son graduated with honors and his picture appeared in the paper the next morning. We are all so proud of him. He is the first granchild, nephew to graduate college in our family.

How is everyone doing? I am going to try to read all the posts I missed while I was gone. But it is glad to be back on the boards. I was going thru withdrawel!!!!!

DISBOARDS TAKE ME AWAY!!!!!

Karen

We've missed you Karen! Send my warmest Congrats to Elaine and her son! Quite an accomplishment!

Hi Everyone! Back from convention - it was a blast! Going to play ketchup

Welcome Home Lorri! Glad you're convention was a blast! You were definitely missed around here!

Congrats on the 2,000 post Crash!!

Well I hope this doesn't sound too catty, but who the heck is dressing Kelly Clarkson???? I love her and I think she's adorable. Pouring herself into those clothes is a big DON'T.

Well catching up here today was reminiscent of the old days! Lots of post today!

HC this is just for you......I went for my M/P/W this evening! That means it's three weeks closer to our TOAL!

Andrew I am very glad to hear your scan was unremarkable (not math, but medical jargon :lmao: ) and hope your headaches improve soon. I did have you post quoted but I seem to have lost it in multiquote hell :lmao:
