CORRECTION!!!

DW just pointed out there's a drive-in about 30 minutes south of town! They are showing Ghost Rider and Spiderman 3 on one of the screens so we may be able to see a movie (or two)! :woohoo:

And since we'll be in the car, DS can doze off in his carseat when he gets worn out! :yay:

great news!!! we spent many Sat. nights at the drive-in when DD was little!!!
(We actually had a theatre in town with a baby room, but didn't take enough advantage ..):wizard:

Hi.. before I go off to ketchup on the last 100 or so pages..

I am thinking of adding DDP to our trip this July-August..

So anyone have experence to share with -

Kona Cafe
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
Concourse Steakhouse
OHana
Coral Reef
Boma
Mama Melrose
Le Cellier

Thanks be back soon

Ok, I'm late getting to this, but here's my 2 cents

Kona - did breakfat but paid out of pocket instead of DDP. I just had to try the Tonga Toast. It was good, but not outstanding. My favorite part of the meal was the press pot Kona coffee!!!

Boma - LOVE it. There are some exotic flavors for the adventurous, but there are also the basics for those that prefer. Loved the press pot coffee here too! Very crowded at dinner and even with a PS, be prepared to wait.

Mama Melrose - loved the food, disliked the service. We did the Fantasmic package using DDP. You have a limited menu but still enough choices.

Le Cellier - very, very good. The service was excellent. My son had a difficult time figuring out what to eat since he's a Disney adult and I wanted my money's worth out of the DDP, I made him order from the adult menu. Yeah, I know, mean mom, oh well. But the server was so patient and made some suggestions. My son ended up loving his salmon that he ordered. I loved the bread sticks and the cheese soup. My steak was good, but I was not blown away by it like I expected to be.

:lmao:

Yeah, D"Bil" was expecting an older child to be placed (4-9). But they called a couple of days ago and said they may possibly place him with a baby! Sure enough, they show up with a 5-month old!!!

We're overnighting 3 boxes of baby stuff--clothes, bottle bodies, clothes, blankets, clothes, toys etc--to ship to him since Antonio and the social worker arrived with only 2 outfits and 2 bottles. :guilty:

Looks like I'm going to have to get him TWO books as a baby shower gift:

and the one I have

Holy cow...he's doing this on his own??!! I must have missed that part. How great for him! He'll do just fine. He's past the early tiny baby stage and just hitting the fun parts. Well, until Antonio hits the stinky pre-teens. ;)
My DH could have run the whole show by himself, too. It was so great for me that way. If I needed to go somewhere, I could just walk out the door. Jay knew the kids' schedules as well as I did.

I was making my rounds of some other Disney sites - and people are saying they read it here on the DIS - but I can't find it and am beginning to think I fell for a big rumor or something.......hope so!:wizard:

here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1453251&page=3 post 35 - wonder if it is true??? ETA: he has since deleted it, but it can be seen in my post just below....)

Don't think I shared with all of you, if I did, sorry for repeating, but I'm just so excited.

For my Med cruise, I had been planning on going to DL Paris for a few days prior. But had my car in the shop last week and it cost me a pretty penny. I was seriously considering cancelling the Paris part of my trip. Well, checking the DCL site I saw that the Cat 12 price had dropped drastically. So I switched my Cat 11 to a Cat 12 GTY (crossing fingers for an upgrade) and saved $2K. So all is right with the world and I'm still going to Paris!

After asking me a few more questions he told me to stop stop using any sort of deodorant/anti persperant that had aluminum in it! That the aluminum in some people can case this build up. Needless to say we came home and tossed all that crud out.

:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: That is what I use!!!

Our good friend back East (actually, the brother of DSil in our traveling party) just had his new child!!! Child Services came by today at 4 and delivered 5 month old Baby Antonio!!!!

Just adorable!!!! Congratulations!!!! :goodvibes

OMG!! What a shock!!! I am amazed that they didn't even provide formula or more supplies since they weren't ready for a baby. :scared1:
