we are thinking of finding a free hotel shuttle to a near by hotel and then a free shuttle to the port.. do you think that exists or should i budget for a rental car?

I logged on to see if anyone else had gotten the CC mailer today with the "new" perks and saw the run was on...

Since I can't access photobucket at work, I have been waiting to upload these since yesterday a.m.

I didn't get the CC mailer today - didn't get the last one but I do have my CC cards, got them about 6 weeks after we cruised.

I'm hoping for the same thing.

Although I did book DCL transportation and I don't know where they're transporting me to or from.

I was so frantic on the morning of the booking I just took everything... insurance, ground transfers (OMG I hope I didn't book air)

I had my room number 24 minutes after booking opened. I figured I could modify later.

Has anyone ever ate at Captain Jacks in Downtown Disney???? We have one of our free dining dinners there and do not rember this restaurant. Any feedback on this retaurant of Mama Melrose's would be appreciated!! We have are ressies made but still have time to chage.

Cap'n Jack's is really, really good. More expensive than Mama Melrose, but a totally different experience. Much more quiet than MM and a great setting.
Mama Melrose has great food, too. Their calamari was good, so was the pizza. But we thought it was awfully noisy, and we even had our kids with us.

ANDY!! Say it isn't so! I'm so sorry this cruise didn't work out for you and your ladies, but I'm glad you made the right choice for all of you. I'm glad you're sticking around, just sad that we aren't going to meet quite yet.

Wow your schools get put early.. do they go back early too?
My ST don't get out until June 8th.

My ST goes until the 15th of June..... and we go back the week before labor day. Summer keeps getting shorter and shorter.

Wanna here something weird. DD is signed up for color guard in the HS marching band next year. We attended a parents meeting last week and the kids actually have to start practice tomorrow night (3 hrs a week for the first two weeks and then once a week until band camp starts.
They have a 3 day camp first week of June (4hrs each night).
Another 3 day camp mid-July (12hrs each day) Yes you read correctly TWELVE HOURS EACH DAY.
Then the official 10 day camp is first two weeks of August. Also 12 hrs every day except for the 2 Fridays (only 8 hrs those days)

But it will keep her off the streets....

We stopped at the McD's outside WDW one day last December. I ordered a sweet tea (a real Southern drink!) the snooty clerk informed me that they do not serve it.

Really, Our Mcd's around here have had sweet tea since last year....

Today some stupid add bought an $800 digital camera on my MC! Thank Goodness CircuitCity online called me to ask if I had made the purchase. I then canceled my card and no other charges went through. If CircuitCity hadn't called me who knows how extensive the damage could have been before I noticed.

And so, how are all of you this fine evening!

Why THANK YOU MR! You don't know how much I need that! I have been so stressed lately that I haven't felt like doing anything or dressing up. However, Saturday I just had enough and decided to go all out. And surprising for me - I even got to do my own hair. I thought it turned out like poop but I was ok with the results after. Just takes practice - as my kids can vouch - I am not a frilly type of person. I can't do hair and can barely do make-up - so your comments mean a lot to me.

Anyway, if I practice I can almost be an expert by the time TOAL comes along! LOL Thanks again MR! Did I tell you how much I like you!
