Our oldest three have even perfected the art of taking their own photo! :rotfl: :rotfl: 16dd told me the trick is to lower your shoulder so that it doesn't look like you're taking your own photo! :rotfl2:

Got it! Have to keep that one in mind!

Ridiculous Math Geek Post ALERT
See how well that works - I see MATH ALERT!!! and I was able to skip right along! Thank you Tom! :lmao: :rotfl2:

Or is that sashimi?:lmao:

Ahhhh I think it's sushi, but usually if we have sushi it's on a Saturday night. Wait which is the one without rice again?? :rotfl2:

Lorri how was your birthday dinner Pal??

I had to give John the opportunity to say no because we are such BIG, BIG, BIG Mets Fans in this house. :thumbsup2

Topics of extreme entertainment, yet little practical usefullness...:lmao:

Stepht let us know when you are available and I don't know how flexible Paula (PBader) but we homeschol so we are incredibly flexible and also our friends that we had chosen our date around just cancelled. Paula does another date work better for you too????

That would make it really fun! I have a friend that is supposed to go at the same time.... WHen she gets back in town I'll talk to her about the exact date, etc -- she sent me the email and said *let's do this* and it looked wonderufl so I said *good idea!*. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sashimi is the one without rice :rotfl2:.

Dinner was great! Went to a lovely, local family owned restaurant - the owner just happens to be a family friend also. Then we had a great ice cream cake and presents - all in all a great 39th bday.

DS & I are actually the Yankees fans - DH isn't really into sports as all. I had told him just a few weeks ago that I really wanted to go to a Yankee's game before they moved to the new stadium as I've never been to one (remember that area of the Bronx back in the 70's & 80's?).

Glad to hear that she is on her way home. Which airport are they flying into, Newark?

I think I just might make this my Freak Flag.

If you left early, you could make it here in time for the Buffalo Springs Lake Triathlon on 6/24.

They have a Half-Ironman which is a qualifier for Hawaii (70.3 rules) and a sprint. And you would know one of the officials because I will be calling the Half-Ironman.

I hacked my way through a sprint and that's about as far as I go. DH ran a 1/2 Ironman a few years ago, we call it the aluminum foil guy. I don't think either one of us will cap off a month of sitting in the car with a tri, but thanks for the offer!!
