GOOD MORNING

Oohh weren't we anxiously awaiting May for the filming and world premier of the Captain Jack Sparrow Irons a T-**** video?
Yes & YesBrooke is really shy but I really think it would be a good idea if she would finally get on these boards. As long as she doesn't read what Mom says.

I'm glad you brought this up. I just told my kids that we were going. And, since I came out of hiding & changed my picture in the siggie, they now know what I'm doing on line.
My 10 y/o DS asked if he could talk to other kids. Do you have a title in mind?

This is also Roman Numeral for 1,000 for my posts on this thread![]()
I have actually already set up a message board for the kids. It is password protected so we don't have to worry about trolls or anyone reading what they post. If you guys would like to start using it I will send out an email with the sign up info. There is a forum for each of the club age groups.
LOL! I like you, man.My 30 year old niece says "Cool Beans" all the time, and I catch myself saying once in awhile...................![]()
Thanks! And I am!BIP...so glad to see you back!!! Hope you're doing very well!
LOL Well these kids are older.. one my dd's age (13) and the other 16 or almost 17 maybe... can't remember her birthday. Wait she might be 17 now I think her birthday was in Dec. They are past the age of "digging" Happy Feet. LOLGee and here all my dd has is a "Happy Feet" rap video on hers......
Thanks! I had to figure out how to do HTML and hurt my brain doing it all that first night I signed up (literally gave myself a migraine) but I finally figured it out! I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks!Nope. I finally found yours and sent you a PM with my URL. I also asked to be your friend. You have done a great job on the site!
Yep, exactly... watching movies at home with the kids is better for a lot of reasons.ITA that it is completely different watching a movie at home on a smaller screen & with the volumn turned down to a resonable level than watching it in a theater with surround sound. When DS first watched HPI he didn't like the scene with the screaming book or the dog barking so we muted those parts. He could watch it without the sound & be fine though....go figure! LOL!
Todd posted a while ago that JD is already negotiating for POC 4 & 5. He is already committed to two other films first so there will be a couple years inbetween 3 & 4.
I like the watching DVDs of scary stuff with kids at home because you can stop them too. Take a break or just talk about it.
The backspace key (on IE) does the same thing as clicking with the back button with the mouse. So when the blue screen comes up with "now taking you to your post" message, if you hit backspace (on keyboard) or back (with mouse) once, you get your Reply to Thread screen, hit it a second time and you are right back where you hit "quote" the first time (unless you are on firefox, then you are at top of page where you hit quote).
I'm not great at explaining IT stuff, but can do and show fairly well.
Hello All![]()
* Update Warning and it's a downer. *
First- Thank you for the birthday wishes. Not much of a celebration here but there is worse things in life. My DD Brooke is devastated. She dropped Dante last night and he got hurt bad. After talking with the vet last night, he told me to bring him in first thing this morning. Dante will be spending the night in the hospital as he needs a implant in his knee. Can you relate Andy?
Between the hernia operation and this one which is more major, I see us just spending our TOAL money on other things.Dante is not only a member of this family but my child and Brooke is the big sister. I have never been so attached to one animal before in my life. It hurts us so much to see him in pain and not able to walk.
Brooke has a teeth cleaning today and we have a home inspection this afternoon. I am feeling a little overwelmed and can't wait till this is all over with.
needed to vent, thanks for listening.
ing to say Happy Birthday ...

LOLWhen DS was little he didn't want to do anything that was "Cool" for some reason we could never explain he didn't get that being cool was a good thing. He liked being different. I always had to be careful because I would tell him this or that was so cool and then he wouldn't have any part of it.
What in the world??I just showed my DD that I now have Verandah Man saying for serious & she informed that I have it wrong. It's "Are you for cereal?" Geez I'm so old I can't even get their sayings right.![]()

DittoWhat kind of saying is "Are you for cereal?" I think I liked "Are you for serious?" better.............![]()
Hi Laura, How is my table mate doing???![]()

OOHHH Prom Pictures!!! Share them soon!

Aw thanks for explaining.ING is a Dutch Bank that broke into the US market a few years ago. They mostly operate on line. But, they pay 5% interest on savings.
I always reply: What ? You want me to snap you ? How many pieces ?

Thanks, I learn something new everytime I come on this thread. I hope when I say it Dante doesn't look at me like?Or try the saying from "Mean Girls"...That's so FETCH...
I was only asking because of theI was watching AI and playing ketchup.
Note to self - Playing baseball with kids in back yard instead of DISing means missing therun
Second note to self - absolutely worth it!!!!
I'm wanting someone to pay for the passports too!!!
I was talking with some neighbors down the street when DS rode up on his bike with something in his hand.He let it drop...it was a snake skin taller than him!!!!
He found it outside the garage door.

We showed our house to our first perspective renters today. Seemed to go pretty well. Assorted crossed appendages are in order.
Yet, not nearly so sad when a wench has a premature pirate post.
That's what I am hoping for.We are getting one going for the Med cruise now. It helps the kids, my son found three pen freinds at the sailaway party first afternoon.
Oh no, I'm so sorry! I hope Dante is going to be okay! I know what you mean about your pet being a part of the family. I don't even want to think about what I'd do if something happened to Tramp... banish the thought! Praying Dante is okay!
How many people know that song...... that's really diggin out an oldie![]()
"Wicked" was a creation of the teen mall rat movies (Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Valley Girl etc). As a "reformed" (somewhat) mall rat I can assure you that no girl ever used "wicked" in such a fashion.
Why can't "cool" just be "cool" and leave it be? Why must we change the meaning of yet another word and use "sick" which just sounds wrong....
I have some records fom the '60s but did not keep my turntable.
