Are they coming on the cruise? . . . now instead of Mayberry I'm seeing Deliverance

Not this cruise. Her Mom  has been before but is really getting old now.

There are not any Deliverance type characters in her immediate family but a little further down the tree there are.
:scared1:

I love your tags especially "mind the gap". It brings back good memories of my time in London.

I would like to know how you make the last line scroll!
:confused3

Yes everywhere on the Tube in London you hear the iconic,

Mind the gap.

Son and I love trains so thats the connection from WDW Monorail and London.

The scroll, well I must say, THANK YOU again to a very very nice Tag fairy, I didnt do it and, it is rather special havent seen it anywhere else, So, I am flattered, to have been blessed with it.

Me either but you know that some people will not go anywhere without their pets

Here is more info

Queen Mary 2’s kennel programme is available on all crossings between New York and Southampton in either direction, and is overseen by a full-time Kennel Master who takes care of responsibilities such as feeding, walking and cleaning the ship’s 12 spacious kennels. Travelling dogs and cats also receive a complimentary gift pack and other animal amenities. The kennels and adjacent indoor and outdoor walking areas are open throughout the day, enabling passengers to spend significant time with their pet. Reservations for the kennels may be made at time of booking, and are based on space availability. Contact Cunard for fees and additional requirements.

Andrew could answer this, but in the past weren't dogs coming into the UK from the states kenneled for something like 6 months? It must not be true anymore or people certainly wouldn't pay all that money to have their dogs cruise over just to have them quarantined . . . or maybe it's for the West bound trip from the UK to NY?

Yes and no, I think Dogs are very clever always in the sun or near a fire, thoose long eyes when you have chocolate, or a nice dinner. Prefer your bed to theirs,

Unconditional???? or know the hand that feeds them!

Sounds like some children I know! :lmao:

Too funny -- I think all of us are better off not looking too closely at the extended family tree -- we are bound to be terrified!

What about assignments for people who booked directly through Disney instead of through one of teh wholesale clubs?
(Sorry....I just couldn't resist playing with the language on that one! )

I generally think they will be all treated the same, however the few who have had GTY moved to assigments, have generally been either with a T/A who had cancellations from someone mutlibooking or dropping out, with an assignment and transfering it, or for specail reasons.

I read on another site of someone telephoning DCL every day and in the end got one!

It gives DCL maximum flexability to move people around so they would wish to keep that, and if they assign a few now, the peole left out wil not be happy so they are in a fix really.

All I could say is maybe ensure they know your preferences, say port/starboard side, midship, not near laundry etc. SO on their penciled in lists where everyone is likly to go, they can accomodate your preferences.

Always ask

It's pretty cool to have a day where you have nothing to do but DIS. I'm sitting here listening to the Beatles Love album with a cup of homemade Starbucks coffee just DISing away! :surfweb: :goodvibes

OK, my oldest is up and eating, and my middle is almost ready to be taken to school for rehearsal (if anyone knows the book "The Phantom Tollbooth" they are doing a musical based on it, and she is King Azaz -- she has a pretty big part and several sung solos) . . . I really should get going.

The only thing I wanted to say to Andrew is that I have decided that I am going to hide several notes for you and Laura when I am on the magic in two weeks' time . . . then I will PM you with the locations when I get back. We can test to see whether any are still there when you get on in July!!!!! I think we have a better chance of succeeding this summer with less time between, but it will be fun to try.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that Beatles' Love album . . . I got it for Christmas and had it on repeat on my iPod for weeks . . . we hope to go to Vegas after Christmas this year and see the Cirque show.

Yes it has changed around a bit, but due to ''Rabies'' control, its in Europe but not in the UK there are rules on all dogs coming in.

It was as stated six months quarantine, thats a long time in dog years, now i think UK dogs can get a dog passport, including vet history, jabs etc and can travel within certain rules, but it would be wort checking
