We are at WDW for one these in September. It looks like fun.

I went to the PP Party in January. Had a blast, though I wasn't really in the party mood when I went. I was SO tired! Wish I had gone to more than one, actually.

The best one is Zumanity .....at the New York New York , but you have to have an open mind

My brother and SIL went to LV for a Wedding and got tickets to Zumanity... for them and for my brother's MIL. Well, she asked to go when she heard it was a Cirque show. They said, don't you want to know what it is? She said, "Nah". And they didn't tell her - they just took her! :lmao: :lmao:

Lisa, do you think the Alex and/or Pete would consider a temporary sub board? It could be set up like the restaurant board. There's the main board to discuss the restaurants and then two sub boards. One to discuss the dining plan and one for dining reviews.

Several people have posted how hard it is to keep here. Some people just want to discuss the planning while others want things to remain the same. And then there are those who want both.

If we had a sub board for DCL special cruises, then we'd have a place for planners as well as place for meet threads.

This would allow everyone on the various sailing to share info about the ports, special events...

Once the special sailing are completed, the sub-board could be closed. (Until DCL announces the the next set of special cruises:woohoo: )

Considering how many requests for perminant sub forums are turned down due to the logistics of setting them up, I would doubt that a temporary one would be considered. I will pass your request on however.

Oh Todd I'm sorry that happened to your son :scared1:

Did you say the lifeguard used vinegar??? I didn't know that was a treatment for jellyfish stings.

Well there is that OTHER TREATMENT that I learned about on friends........:scared1:

Yeah, I thought it was ammonia?

On previous cruises, I've had the BEST of intentions to get outa bed early and get some good pics, but I just CAN'T seem to do it...

I totally understand. My first cruise, a 4-night on the Wonder, I slept nearly the whole cruise away.

What did you do in Nassau? Took a nap. On SD7 in the AM and in my room after lunch.

What did you do on your day at Sea? Took a nap here and there.

How about when you were at Castaway Cay? Guess what? I took a nap on the beach!

Hope your GS gets to feeling better soon.:)

Thanks. His tongue is still bumpy and he like to show it off. And yesterday I told him what I thought about him going swimming. Today he was really cranky and starting fights with the other 2 and fell asleep at 1:30 and I had to rouse him up at 4:30 so he could get ready to go home. I still think he needs a little TLC. Being the baby I think sometimes he demands it too much.

Hey Crew -

How many shirts do you plan on ordering? 3 or 4 of each color.

When would you like to order them? (Now, Christmas, Just in Time) Yes. ;) Would love one to wear now and hopefully a size smaller a little before. Not to fond of "just in time".

Is it more important that you have them at a certain time, or get the best price? Quality. Price. Time.

Is eBay / PayPal a problem for you? Nope.

Do you prefer 1-sided or 2-sided shirts? Or do you care? Don't care. Would prefer option of tank tops though if we're going with black.

Which is more important, the number of sides or price? Doesn't matter.

Do you want a door magnet? How many? Yes; 2

Are you interested in other stuff? What? Yes... Tank Tops

:lmao: Stace, I can't wait to meet you! You are such a hoot and I can't wait to see the facial expressions that go along with some of the things you say. :lmao:

Problem is she will have to bring along her smilies!

GO PIRATES!!!!!

This reminded me of something that happened at work today. One department was merged into our department last year. No staff cut or anything, just a different chain of responsibility, etc. Well, that never followed through on the network until this week. When they moved their stuff over, the secretary came to me to see if there was anything that needed to be moved from the folder we share into their folder. I was looking over stuff and saw "Pirates Poster". I immediately thought it was mine, though I generally don't put personal stuff on the computer at work. But when I opened it, it was a PR poster for the Portland Pirates Hockey Team!!! :lmao: :lmao:

It is too important in the long run than the alternative. MIL didn't go to the doctor for anything. They were an hour from anywhere. It was too late when she had serious problems and they did one on her. Stage 4 colon cancer. She had the first tumor removed 9/10/01. Since then she hasn't been off chemo very much, has had 2 rounds of radiation, has had 3 other tumors removed, steriotactic radiation treatment at Wake Forest, doesn't have control of her system the majority of the time, has a tube implanted to drain her kidney because a tumor has shut it off and it is not getting blood flow and is down to 40% function that will never improve (the other kidney is at 60% so it is not possible for her to have the dying kidney removed), she is always tired and cranky from the chemo drugs, and she can't taste food anymore...all metalic. Oh, and she is on her 4th tube since September 06 because it keeps getting blocked and can't be flushed out...which makes her very ill.

Given all of that, I would rather be a little uncomfortable for a few hours.
I totally agree. But he is very verbal about what he will and will not do.He's been having stomach problems and the thought of running to the bathroom is not on the top of his list right now. But I think we will go til his next visit and the dr will talk him into it. He was very fortunate that the chemo he took had no adverse reaction other than knock the wind out of him. Lots of sleeping etc. If the Dr tells me I need a test, I don't hesitate. I have another ultrasound next week to check up on some fibroids I have. Do I want to go. No, but will be there and then we'll go out for breakfast after.

We've seen all but one of them. And have seen a few multiple times. "O" is stunning...if you're a Beatles fan, that one is really great. If you like something "saucy" then Zumanity is great.

Well...

... I had no idea Zumanity was a Circ style production. With the 2 youngsters we've sort of been totally sidelined to only do "G" rated shows. So = we're gonna keep your advice in mind while we wait for things to evolve a bit - IE, wait for the kids to get a little older or we figure out what to do to swing it.

Well, I am a bit nervous today. Mark and I start dancing lessons tonight. Our church offers classes for couples. It is suppose to be swing and other types. I have no dance experience and no rhythm. I grew up in a church that did not allow dancing so I never had the opportunity to learn. I will probably be the entertainment for the rest of the class. :cool1: :cool1: That is probably how I will dance, or maybe like this.

Now here's somethign I would love to try with my spouse some day. I'm sure you're gonna have a blast! We'll be waiting for your report on how it went. Or at least - a few photos from the emergency room following the lesson! <chuckles>

I like my description of "saucy"..........

Hey Crew -

I have a quote for the t-shirts... These prices include set up, sales tax, credit card fees, etc. they do NOT include shipping. .....

I also got a quote for door magnets. 3" x 8" (fold a piece of paper into thirds - it's a little smaller than that). I'm thinking one, Just in Time order for them - provided there is enough interest.

And the printer can print up other stuff - bags, mugs, etc. Again, provided there is enough interest.

That said, here are the quotes... (Blast the formattting went away! I'll try and figure out how to fix that.)

T-shirt: Port Authority, 6.1oz, 100% cotton T

Under $20 a shirt for TWO sides of printing sound pretty good to me.

---------------50---- 100---- 200
Black, 1 sided $19.37 $15.10 $12.76
Black, 2 sided $26.89 $19.99 $16.10

White, 1 sided 16.30 14.21 12.53
White, 2 sided 23.81 17.98 14.17
.............

Door Magnet: 3" x 8", full color digital print on .030 white magnetic material

----------50-- 100-- 200
Magnets $5.40 $4.18 $3.21 Under $4 sounds great!

Questions I need answers to include things like:
How many shirts do you plan on ordering?
When would you like to order them? (Now, Christmas, Just in Time)
Is it more important that you have them at a certain time, or get the best price?
Is eBay / PayPal a problem for you? Not a problem...
Do you prefer 1-sided or 2-sided shirts? Or do you care? I like 2 sided
Which is more important, the number of sides or price?
Do you want a door magnet? How many? Magnets sound terriffic!
Are you interested in other stuff? What? Further interest depends on what it is...?

We can bounce some ideas around here if we want.

I posted my replies inbedded in your quote above.
