If this is their idea of small, I hate to see the gym tonight! :)

It's beautiful! I bet the gym is, too!

My DS has been sick with the flu for the second time in a month. Fever, chills, aches, etc. Now it has morphed into a severe case of bronchitis. We took him to the doctors yesterday & he is now on antibiotics & 2 inhalers. He missed 2 days last week during the all important state tests in school (MCAS) & this week was make-up so I got a "friendly" call from the school yesterday stating that if missed the make-ups, he was going to need a doctors note explaining why he couldn't take the tests. Not once did they ask how he was feeling! Wouldn't mind, but we are not parents that allow our children to miss school for the heck of it & he is never late so you'd think they'd realize that if his missing the tests, then he must be really sick! I did call them back after the doctors & I explained to the nurse how sick he was & she said, "Well maybe he could come in long enough to take his tests & then go home." I said as long as he's not gagging & chocking like he has been. So she said to "play it by ear". Anyway he was coughing a bit this morning, but it was a little better, so he did go in today long enough to do his make-up tests & then I got a call from the nurse to come pick him up because he's coughing a lot. Ya think? :faint:

 I'm sure all the other parents would be really happy to know how the school insisted on infecting their children! What are they thinking???

OMG....let's assume that while I'd like to make something nice/cool.....it won't be THAT COOL! I'm not that creative:eek:

I've posted pics of mine long ago....but, just so you won't feel like everyone's will look that great! :lmao: Whatever you do DON'T look too closely at the stitching!!!! :rotfl: ANd i have no idea why I didn't put dh's name on it! LOL!

Regarding the passports. You may not need them for the the trip but in the event you are off the ship and don't make it back in time, or a medical emergency comes up you had better have that passport in order to get back to the states. Just my 2cents.

I agree Arlene - We all have ours but a friend that is also on the EB is dragging her feet on getting them. I keep telling them they are mandatory, because I thought they were because of South America. I don't want to hear it if they really aren't.

Steph...THANKS SO MUCH!!! I want to make ours; you know just because it's a TOAL and I want to put that effort into it; but it IS a bit intimidating to see what other "real seamtresses" can do:smokin: I really do want to make ours; even if it's not as awesome as all the others.......but I'd like to see all those cool ones so I can come up with some design of our own so I'm GRATEFUL to see others that can "hey....don't look too close at the stitching"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you're awesome so thanks for havin' my back:mickeyjum

I don't know. Ours will say "Sarah" in that position.

Andy

GOTCHA....sorry to be slow....bottom line is MOM and DAD on the top one and each child's name on the others. Took me a sec to figure it out....thanks for the patience!

Now this is getting really confusing - I called DCL and they said they would have to call me back with the information about this

I took the state.gov website to mean that anything other then the places listed, 17 Caribbean islands, Bermuda, Mexico and Canada, a passport would be needed

I did a search about entry in Columbia and here is what it says
REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO ENTER COLOMBIA

TOURIST TRAVEL

U.S. Passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay
Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
No visa required for stay up to three months
Vaccination: International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
http://traveldocs.com/co/er.htm

As you posted here passports ARE required for our cruise because of the stop in Columbia. The WB did not stop in Columbia so they weren't required to have them.

Really!?! How do you guys know this?

It's something that happens on all special DCL cruises . . . for instance, when I went on the 11 night Med cruise last summer that was just one of several that summer, I didn't get one, but on the Med repo back to PC, there it was (featuring Tenerife). We already know Ducky will be on our cruise because he told people on the WB PC cruise.

My BIL and SIL took the EB repo to the Med. I don't remember them saying anything about getting something like that just for being on the cruise. He did say to go to all of Ducky's shows because he gives a bunch away or something. I'll have to ask my BIL :) Not that I don't trust you guys :rolleyes1

CONGRATS on the brownie ceremony! My dd9 gets to "bridge up" in June (those of us at a certain age used to call it flying up back in the day) it's neat to see them get their award/patches/achievements......

!

Our DD9 is bridging on Sunday!

My DD9 is bridging up on June 9 too....they earned their first Junior Patch just a couple of weeks ago. The girls are so excited!

This says biting lip but it looks like someone who has been goosed! :bitelip:

Maybe they just didn't realize it was a Ducky Williams litho. I've read several trip reports that said they got one. Here's a post with a pic http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=25359690&postcount=173

So I thought I would get through this trip without needing to renew my passport, but I think I may need to bite the bullet before the trip. My passport expires on November 5th before the 3 month time frame.

Yeah, well I knew it had to be done soon. I am gonna call the number just to check, but I am pretty sure I will just have to renew it.

uh me neither.. i'm ordering from her. LOL
I like the green one though- shows some differences than the auction- for instance the pink pirate bandana. eldest DD was saying she'd rather have minnie bow instead of princess crown but now she says she'd rather have the pink bandanna. Rita still wants the crown though- think it will look funny with pink bandanna on one, red bandanna on the other (for DS) and then princess crown? Ohwell- who cares what it looks like.. what matters is what they want to "personalize" their "pocket" of the FE. LOL

I wonder if I should get "BIP" on mine cause BibbidyBobbidyBoo is kinda long huh? LOL

She said she could do pretty much do whatever each person wants. She really worked with me on colors..I really wanted Dis green but I have seen some that are different colors.

Ya know....as much as I think my kids would enjoy the Fish Extender thing, I think we will pass on it. One, I would be too stressed about getting "gifts for everyone else. I am worried thought that my kids would fight over who was gonna get to look and see what was in there or running down the hall to get to the door first :bitelip: (then waking up all our neighbors when the fighting began):headache:
