No way we are being bought out either. Even though we only booked in December. The next 105 days until we go can't go fast enough for me right now.

I have never been on a sold out ship so my knowledge of being bought out is limited..what do they offer you to entice you leave?

I just added him into the mix because I am sure he deserved the title too!!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: I don't send e-mails....I just talk on the phone!! or send certified letters.

I just got off with Disney Visa as they have not added my extra X 5 rewards for the months of January and February!!! I am getting them to audit my entire account!!!:rolleyes1

Can I ask..whats th x5 awards? I have never heard of it.

thanks!

Hey, what were the extra times 5 for Jan and Feb? I recall some new ones for groceries and gas that I am doing right now. I don't recall Jan and Feb. Thanks! :)

This was a promotion from my Disney Visa Card which gave me 5 times or 5% of every dollar I spent on gas, groceries, drug stores, and dining for the months of January, February and March for Disney Reward D:flower3: ollars. Usually there is a threshold amount but this time it was from the first dollar spent with a cap of $100 extra Disney Dollars. I did not receive any as yet so my account is being audited so I can get my extra money!! I am over $200 to put on my shipboard credit!!!:woohoo: :cheer2: I hope this makes since.:confused3

And Yes....... Tom31b has way too much time on his hands!!!:lmao: :lmao:

:cool1:  :cool1:

Just called to cancel my niece from the TOAL. There were a few friends I asked to take her place, but it was either too expensive or too long away. When I pulled up my ressie online after we finished, I had a real room!!! I'm out of the GTY cabin and into my very own Cat 6 with a 4 digit number and everything!!

:cheer2: :woohoo: :cheer2: :woohoo: :cheer2:

I did not get any for April, May, or June this time.:sad2: :sad2: See above post for list for last quarter. :thumbsup2 It is picked by random.

yes it does..I will have to have my DH check out our statement to see if we got anything. We just got our Disney Card..I think so far its about 400 (we have been saving) then we paid off the cruise on it so we need to add that too.

Thanks!

$100 certificate towards a future cruise good within 12 months, an overnight stay in a cheap hotel, and a meal certificate good for some stale sandwiches?

I mean, I assume they follow the example of the airlines...

Seriously though - is the cruise actually overbooked? It never occurred to me that cruise lines might do that, but on further research, it seems that it does happen.

Mine came through my TA. Those of you that didn't get one......maybe your TA's have them! ;)

My TA posts on this board -- and is on the TOAL -- and she hasn't gotten ANY of the planning packets, including her own! She's called DCL several times about it . . .

At the end of this month, I'm celebrating my 25th anniversary of ordination to the priesthood. Today, my school children surprised me with a special anniversary "lunch with the pastor" Disney style.
Here I am, walking my Mousekeeters around the building to the gym, where we all ate lunch.Cake and Cards from my kids:

Wow Fr. Mike! What a great day. Congrats.

Well April ended poorly for Lisa. When I went to pick her up she was holding up her hand. The Coaches thought she might have broken it on her vault. I took her to an after hours clinic and they took 5 x-rays. They don't think it is broken (YEA!!!). It is currently splinted and she will just condition and do what she can do with the use of one hand for the next few days. Then hopefully on Monday she will be back on track. With Nationals a few weeks away - the timing stinks. Hopefully she will beel better soon.

Oooo that stinks. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery.

I sorta know what she's going through. I dislocated my kneecap 8 weeks before before what we thought would be my last skating nationals. It was a pretty ugly dislocation and I was in an immobilizer for 6 weeks. I basically skipped the whole PT thing and jumped back on the ice 2 weeks before nationals and placed the same stinkin' 4th that I always did!

And for the surprise, I surprised them right back and gave them a Jeans Day for tomorrow. That nearly brought the roof down. No uniform?! They'd kill for that kind of day. :thumbsup2

Yeah, but think of the line for confession.

The parish might need to install a Fastpass machine.

Hum... Needs some citrus. Grand Marnier? And there should be something floated on top - for the "Slippery" bit?

Umbrellas are not Emu? No. Feather, maybe?

Couldn't think of a liquor that started U.
Boat drinks come with umbrellas.

Attention both Toms...Roger and Mike!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got word that Disney Studios was changing their name to accomodate several peeps who have been sending e-mails about the EBPC. It is called......

My 8 and 10 year old still ride in a booster seat here at home. Yes, I am a mean mom! :rotfl2:

My 7 & 9 year olds ride in a booster in the SUV, but not the car.
I'm an inconsistantly mean mom.

I sent them an email. That might be the perfect thing to do as it is my daughters 11th birthday that day. I do want to do the kayak DCL excursion, but DD3 can't go. :(

What type of a tour did you request?

Do they supply snorkel equipment?

And, do they have the no port, no pay rule?

Thanks! :)

We're doing snorkel/sail. It's pretty cool that they will let us help sail the boat. DH & I are both sailors, but not willing to risk unfamiliar boat in unfamiliar waters. They provide equipment. What is nice is that since it's a private charter you don't have to worry about them leaving without you and you can snorkel or sail as much as you want during your time. No port, no pay. We also paid a bit extra for a 4th hour.

I guess this was on the Today show, but when sports news seems to be dominated by steroid hearings, overzealous parents, dog fighting, gambling scandals and a Cincinnati Bengal's roster that could fill a whole season of "Cops", it's a refreshing story:

Great story!

If I Had $1000000 (If I Had $1000000)
I'd buy you a fur coat (but not a real fur coat that's cruel)
If I Had $1000000 (If I Had $1000000)
I'd buy you an exotic pet (Like a llama or an emu)

If I had a million dollars
(If I had a million dollars)
Well, I'd buy you a green dress
(But not a real green dress, that's cruel)

Wow..let me weigh the options ... umm..no..TOAL wins :rotfl:

My youngest has been worrying that she won't be heavy enough to make it to the next line -- now that I realize we can just cover her in squirrel monkeys I will tell her not to worry -- what a photo op! If we just smear her with peanut butter or something it seems as though those hungry monkeys will gladly tag along . . .

This would be a good application for your duct tape.

I think most of us on this board feel this way -- hence the huge long cruise vacation and mismatched luggage!;)

...[ed]...

HEY!

What you sayin' 'bout us folks with mis-matched luggage?

Shoot... sometimes we just pack to travel with plastic shopping bags...

< wink >

... [ed]...
Not me. We got in way too much trouble last time. :rolleyes1

You bad boy you. And you say you're innocent. Inciting a 554 post sprint?? HA! :rotfl2:
