LOL. I printed my receipt for my dresses and noticed I had until May to return them. May hold on to them a bit for incentive. There's a chance I may be able to fit into them by TOAL.

Good to know:thumbsup2 three of the 5 will fit with a little more work between now and then (and some duct tape. Think the waiters would mind if i ate standing up at the server station that night ;) ), the other 2 are smaller than that (i don't know what i was thinking ordering them that small) so i may just exchange those two for the next larger size.

Hi,

We've been to WDW many times, but this will be our first trip to DL in August. We really want to see the things that make DL unique and would love to do MTTMM. Can someone please add me to the list. We would need 5 tickets.

Thanks in advance! Even if this doesn't work out for us, this is really a great thing you guys are doing here.

Mike - brought your post from the DL over here. Just so you know, you usually get 1 Toontown Morning Madness with each 3 or more day park hopper.

All of the companies have locations within about a mile of DL and HoJo.

There's an Alamo in Downtown Disney, 1565 S Disneyland Dr.
Avis is about 1 mile from HoJo on 200 W Katella.
Enterprise is right next to Avis, 231 W Katella. Also one at the Convention Center, 777 Convention Way. I believe Enterprise has free pick up, but they charge a lot for dropping off at a different location.
National/Alamo is also on Katella, but a few blocks in the other direction, 711 W Katella.
Budget is at 2132 S Harbor (probably near the Convention Center) and advertises free pick up.
Dollar is at the Anaheim Plaza Hotel, 1700 Harbor Blvd.
Hertz has locations on 221 W Katella and 700 Convention Way

maybe someone can do one of those google maps. I haven't ever done one before.

Thanks.

I just got reminded that DS is not fully cleared for all activities. We have a follow up on the 24th with the neurosurgeon for hopefully the final check up on his skull fracture. DS is not supposed to swim until after March 22 but I totally forgot about that. I was going to let him swim this weekend at DL. Now I'm even wondering about the roller coasters. He does still get headaches at times when he runs and plays too hard. Guess I'll have to be sure to pack the tylenol and dramamine.

Maybe call the Dr to see about the roller coaster? I'm one of the over cautious Moms and my DD is the opposite.

As soon as my computer is free I will google the map.

I googled and thanks Monica. I should've thought about it. Just not thinking well this week. Must be the time change :thumbsup2 Have absolutely no clue as to how to post it. Roger usually does this. Hopefully someone will be smart enough.

Thanks Monica. I asked on a different thread, and the people over there said that it was only with a full package, and we're using DVC points to stay at DLH. They suggested that I post on the thread looking for extra TTMM tickets. But I'll definitely doublecheck with AAA. If we get an entry with our Hopper passes, then I'll take my name back off that list.

Here's hoping!

PS Have a great time at the DL meet this weekend!

Hit :wishonehundredten this morning.....

(well 111 actually; technically 118 from 2006 though; It's not like i'm counting:rolleyes1 )

Congrads! Hoping your success will get me motivated again. I keep putting off contacting my trainer. I am aiming for losing at least 20lbs before 8/15.

Already got you covered. I'm going to walk from HoJo to the park entrance with my pedometer. Along the way, snap pictures of the gift shops. All the while crossing my fingers hoping that no one thinks I'm stalking the places.

Thanks!

Just thought I would post the new Castaway Gifts!!! Any comments??

They look nice to me - I forget what we got on the last Mexican cruise, but for the Med they gave us leather passport/document holders. I thought they were nice especially since we did not have much room in our suitcase and all the weight restrictions on suitcases over there. Looking forward to the little gift in the room.

While we are posting gifts, here is the stuff we got for the 5th anniversary of the card. I thought I'd put it on my cruise chair . We got a tote,(whch Mickey signed for us) fuzzy Mickey blanket which most of us put to use at work, :) a lanyard,Disneyland pin, Mickey Pin, Stitch pin, gift card and a litho. The gift card will be put towards the TOAL.

Healthly wishes and good job/work karma to all.

Crash, hope your family finally recovers from this flu. I tend to agree with Alicia about not pumping in antibiotics when not necessary. I know it's hard to watch them suffer so.

Thanks Arlene for posting this - can you tell me what these were for exactly?
Sorry must have missed your original post on it. I am a DVisa card member from day 1 and was wondering if this was something that had to do with that

Thanks

I like the new tote better than the old white one which was really too small and impractical for a family of 5. I wish they would still give out the red mesh bag as it was really practical for the kids to use for their swimming gear. At least we'll be getting two of these gifts on the TOAL!

Is this for the 5th anniversary of the Disney Visa card? If so, how did you get these?

Thanks!

I never thought you were ignoring me ....

Attention you Scurvy Dogs, Swabs and Delightful Wenches

We once again want to remind you that you could Dine with the Captain (early Dining) or Crews Dining (late Dining) but you must make your mark either with K or Cheryl (that would be emailing Goofyforlife at Goofyforlife@yahoo.com for Captains Dining or micsecheryl@yahoo.com for Crews Dining .....And dont you be worrying about anything messing up your poor reservation as nothing will be linked till we are closer to 60 days before me ship sails ...Now what say You !! I say AYE ............ Savvy!!

pirate:

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the spelling of your email wrong???????? Or am I still having a senior day :lmao:

The stuff I got was from the celebration we had for the 5yr anniversary of the Disney Visa. Most of it was the promos they gave away the first year. Hey I will graciously accept anything I am given as a token of appreciation for our hard work. We had a party and Mickey was kind enough to visit for the day. My only regret was they served the rice krispie Mickey Heads instead of the Mickey Bars we got 2 yrs ago. Oh well :confused3 It was much appreciated to get something.

Hello All,

Please do not ask too much about my absence, lets just say thank you to Webmaster Regina, who is a loverly lady, and has sorted the thing out.

Sometimes a couple of small things, escalate due to circumstances being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and things that are not 'clear' on an ongoing thread, might be misunderstood by the people doing a fine job moderating us all.

Thank you for the high number of e.mails or PM's many from here, and hopefully you will all accept me back.

Whats happened this week, well we had two very large storms here very windy, I think the first was the storm from Florida with the tornadoes, that went through East USA with Snow storms over to us with more energy over the Atlantic.

I lost further weight down to 15.4 now thats 13% of me gone since December 31st.

Alice DD has passed a high number of 'top of the class' exams, with certificates for three, being the best, and had to have surgery on her teeth at the same time (nasty).

Stephen DS, has been in trouble at school, and needs a lot of love at this time, the thing is if your teachers think you are a naughty boy, you then get treated as one, and it circles down wards.

I had some 'results' on my ongoing tests with now two Diagnosis of my condition, so at least now, they know whats wrong with me they can try to solve it,

The funny thing is when the Consultant says can I bring in x number of medical students, and when I agree, he says to his 5/6 trainee doctors, now see this guy, he has two very rare conditionals that are text book / essay type stuff and you most likely will never ever see this again in your career!

Not sure if thats good or bad?

Anyway, nice to be back.
