Great! Now we got BANANA PORN! :sad2:

I would be more than happy to pay Steve $1.00 for a ringtone but my documentation says you "cannot" do it.
I know there are ways of "locking" and "unlocking" the phone but for someone like me- that is just too dangerous for a $400 phone.

::yes:: I agree with Coral - plus - I'd probably not be able to understand it either.

Maybe it would be best to wait to link for dining until after everyone has booked their excursions?

I was thinking the same thing. Especially for us folks who have never done excursion booking online before. I don't need anything extra showing up.

Sorry I had to exit chat quickly. I'm on pager this week and I had a work crisis I had to deal with.

Hope you catch you all next week :)

 ..ok, it said failed. i don't know if something wrong or
not. [ it said 2 tasks..so iam guessing it 's referring to the previous
e-mail]

I would like to echo Andrews' admonishments here. My spouse and I tend to be paranoid about what we dine on in Mexico - as we have had issues in the distant past. We've been skeptical of the source of the problem - and we've narrowed the scrutiny upon the salads or dishes which we suspect were washed with unpotable water or handled improperly somehow. AND this adverse experience was encounered in a nice/decent Mexican Restuarant south of the border.

Alternatively, just carry I-AD and you'll be OK too... plus maybe a spare set of underwear in a zip lock... just in case! < wink, with a twisted frown >
Agree, take care.

I prefer to think of us as fabulous.
Agree

We had a very very windy night here and little sleep the average wind speeds were 60 MPH+, but gusts a lot higher, it was very noisy so didn't get too much sleep last night.

The saying goes March Winds and April showers, well the weather was on time last night then.

And also for the people of wales,

Happy St Davids Day.

UGH....not sure what happend but I lost my response. My screen switched over to wdwinfo all on it's own.

Walking from HoJo's, it's a short walk from the entrance to the corner (20 yards maybe?). Right across the street Mimi's Cafe is on the corner, walk past Mimi's and their parking lot which is shared with another restuarant that is back off the road (Mom's but I've never been there). This will bring you to McD's. Continue walking past 4 hotels. Don't worry they have narrow street fronts and the bulk of the hotels run perpendicular to the street. IHOP will be next up. Some folks say that this IHOP is much more expensive than most, but its the only one I go to so I can't compare. This is where the crosswalk over to the park entrance is. Go past 2 more hotels and you'll reach Denny's, but we never eat there. It is always overcrowded and understaffed. We waited 45 minutes just for take out one time but I was too pooped to go anywhere else.

This whole distance would be comparable to walking around Downtown Disney at WDW, just the Marketplace side. I'll try to bring my pedometer and do some measuring.

Thank you so much.

I posted this on the regular forum board but wanted to see if anyone here had any ideas too

Camera and other electronics - question

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone know of a way to put your name on electronic equipment like a digital camera? My DD13 will be bringing her digital camera and ipod on the cruise with us. She is usually very responsible but things can happen

I thought of labels but those can be just peeled off

Anyone have any ideas of something more permanent that can't be wiped or peeled off?

Thanks

Someone may have already posted this, but they sell engraving devices you can use yourself. We used one type years ago that the Police Department lent us. It was a bit hard to use as it engraved by making small dots. But it did the job at the time. I'm thinking that in all horror of horrors, my TV at the time which came down here to FL in 86 had my SS# on it. Back in the 80's, that was what they had you put on valuables. Identity theft was not even thought of.:scared1:

Found this on the internet;

http://www.aafp.org/afp/20050601/2095.html

A lot of useful info (probably more than most folk need). I was surprised by the recommendation for probiotics as a preventve measure. That should be pretty easy to do.

I need some advice from experienced divers.

My DH has some ear sensitivity issues. He had many ear infections as a kid, tubes put in and ear drum burst. Now he finds that his ears bother him on planes and when he goes under water too deep. He wants to do the minisub in Cabo though. Which supposedly doesn't go down as far as diving. Is there anything he can do to relieve the pressure so that he can do this ? On airplanes he holds his nose and tries to get his ears to pop, but you can't do this on the minisub:confused3 Do decongestants help ?

He's prepared to go to the doctor to try and find something to help-that's how bad he wants to do this:rolleyes:

Thanks Todd. That's what I'm hoping. I've been scanning the internet and I think if he prepares himself this summer he should be ok by the time August rolls around.
