Are there any budding astronomists on the cruise? I missed the star gazing session on our 11 day and it would be great if someone could point out some of the southern star constellations.

i'm elated..that the school story..didn't..become..another tragedy.

[ i'm a big hunter...even though seldom...taking game. however,
i think..mankind..would be better off..without all the instruments
that takes ..life away. all it takes..is an act of pullling a trigger..
to do undescrible..damage....that can't be restore. it reminded
me of..a sad..story..where a 3 y/o..found a gun. "guns" ..in our
youth..hands...are just plain tragic.]

then ..there's mental health issues..popping up all over the place.
..this is where the values of our past "extended families"...are
most missed. [ some things..were jus understood...becos they
were taught..by our parents & grandparents/uncles & aunts.

well, justm,,, that's my family..& my point of view. * i really like
the ways everyone sharing their cruise prepartions. & while we
haven't joined in..its only becos...i am not callin the "shots"...
sorta a "protective territory"..& i would never feel right...when
it means so much..to my lil'cutie. truth,...is ...i never was pro-disney..
so..if it wasn't for my lil'miss....we would never had venture ..all
the way..since my kiddies..were babies. oh, she remind me of this
fact..from time to time..espeically when i try to redirect..her here.

her. she ...is ..everything...i presented..& more!....dog nab her!..*when
i think....how intim-a-dating..she was,...." every person..i knew..wanted
her for a friend.!..ha, that's why i wrote a note...to ask her out.
[good thing...i came from a family....that interacted..alot..cos it was
self evident....she was going to say..no! [ later i asked her, & of
course,..i had to asked why?...becos...she heard ..i was scrondrel,
...playboy..type..*in reality..they were jus rumors-]. the only thing,
i could..do ?..... , "plez say yes!"..before she could open
her mouth..ha,ha, true! & that lead..to other things.....

family..there's all types...i think going on dcl. i can't say enough..how
interesting..& charming..meeting the mother/daughter ..on the sugar
planatation train in barb.., she was like in her late 80's...but so full of
life. [ i couldn't help feel envy..of wishing..i could done somthing like
that with my mother... ]...& while...it is fun watching...the kids
interact..with the characters...the same goes ..for the big kids,
hint, hint..i can imagine you ...with peter..pan. . ps,
one of my cruise favorites..was peter..teaching..not jus our daughter,
but me ..& my lil'miss...cutie, to fly!

so here~ my take..while i think, awards & prizes..are ok...iam after the
experience...& thats the gift..we want our children to have! trophies
are "junk'..filing up space..but, what my daughter..remember most,
"us"-her mother, brothers, and father..taking her to the track, time
after time ..to practice, practicing , & everything..that goes with it.

and thou...we are not particiapating..in all the activties..being set up
here..dosen't mean...i don't think they're not fun. i do!...however,
i am with my lil'sweetie...& she 's the boss...when it comes to our cruises.
remember that old adage...not to switch paddles, in the middle of the
stream?

oh..iam not all the computer..savy..so..did you scroll..over?...i wasn't
trying to show...the merlin.., but where...she trying her darnest...to
peep..@ tnker bell..in the dresser..."her intent..is what caught my
eye, &

..i can't wait..to meet you & mismce...* her pics, from the "meet"..she
held...was soo revelaing..of a person..i kno...is full of ....
of course, ..don't get your hopes..up...i'm full of salt & vingear..but
my 'lilmiss...is the sweetie!

& she got a lil'nervous. why mentioned this?....becos..the crowd also
saw .that..& went way out their way...to make her feel special..
& calmed..her jitters...that's what made it ..to me.

Well made it through my first upper endoscopy and colonoscopy today. Talk about you happy pills. Once they shot me with the good stuff (Demerol and Versed) I really don't remember anything. This is a good thing. Everything checked out and I am good for 5 years.

Excellent news - because my sister died when she was 32 of colon cancer, I have a colonoscopy every five years but as they can never find a vein, I have it without the sedative - not at all painful, just slightly uncomfortable.

So sorry to hear that David. It is one of the few cancers that can be tested for yet many have a hang up about the procedure. I think that the preparation is worse than the procedure itself.

I know at some point I will definately need to get a colonoscopy...my dad had cancer (has been cancer free for over 10 years!) he still gets them for checkups(hates the prep)..not looking forward to it though!

I'm jealous! All we saw were clouds here in Central Florida. Lisa searched the sky on the way home from gym last night and then we all stood outside trying to get a glimpse of it, but it was just too cloudy.

I love the pictures especially the old ones. They remind me of my youth. I see the picture of your mother in the rocker and noticed the candles on the wall. We had the exact same ones years ago when I decorated my livingroom in Spanish. It was orange and avacado green.

My tastes have changed for the better. Now I would like everything and all things Mickey. Mickey always brings a smile to me.

OMG!!! I broke out in a five minute coughing fit when I opened the picture of you with the shirt off!! If that is what Disney food does......I am making John eat tons of it.

Ask your lil' miss if your family is doing early or late dining? We are trying to get all our Dis friends in the same rotation of dining!!! You don't have to sit with anyone unless DCL links you to other people at your table. We have no control over that.

The preparation is most defintely worse then the procedure.

Haven't been to my local Target yet, but a deal website is reporting that Target has the green Olympus SW790 on clearance for $149.99. This is the point and shoot that is waterproof to 10ft.

I will be checking a few Targets tonight. I wasn't in the market for a new camera but I like the under water feature. Right now I just use disposables when snorkeling.

When I was young and stupid(no comments), I was poked 42 times while nurses were looking for my veins. I now only give someone two trys and they need to find someone else to draw my blood. Has anyone ever used butterflies to draw blood from you??? I just say before anyone comes near me.....go get a butterfly and I have hard to find veins.

I have been looking at that one and the 770 (which is more money). That is a great price. As Olympus roles out their next line of these cameras hopefully there will be more price drops.

So I canceled our return flights on Airtran today - they had moved our flight over 4 hours (from 2 pm to 6:15pm) from when I had booked it last month - and got a full refund on the non-refundable tickets. Now I'll be waiting with baited breath for SW to open up their flights on April 22, they have a non-stop to Albany that is usually in the time frame that works for us.

Add my DH to the last of hard to find veins. I'll never forget the one time we were in the ER (work related) and they had to take blood to test him for HepC and it took quite a few trys - he finally told they tech to just take it out from his hand!
