Congrats on your WDW post trip. I'm jealous. I am thinking about bringing my annual passes just to drop by and put my foot in MK.

Nope went to Rancho del Chapparral, up north of Abq near Cuba, NM. It's closer to Philmont, but still on the other side of SF Man, what girls think up...

5 suitcases are in the back of the van...weighing 35-46 pounds. The garment bag is ready too just waiting to see if we will end up packing DH's shoes in there like he has in the past. The last suitcase is half full of basic esencials for the four of us and I am at a roadblock trying to decide if I want to just load up the other half with the rest of them and pack our shoes in a carryon.

DH just called to say he won't be home until after 9 trying to finish everything up at work before we leave. I had to give the kids their new DS games that I had put away for the plane ride because they were driving me nuts and I wasn't able to get anything done. Now most of the office floor is back in sight so progress is being made.

Part of me wishes that DD hadn't gotten better so quickly. She is making up for the time she wasn't a PIA yesterday today.

I am SO IMPRESSED!
You are much farther than I am. I have until 5 am Thursday.

Oh, wow. I don't feel so bad now. Or, maybe I should say, I shouldn't let DH make me feel so bad for having 6 bags. He was hoping we could manage with 5. I think he's just worried about how we're going to manage all those bags plus the kids, stroller, etc. and also how we're going to get everything and everybody in our minivan. Truth be told, I'm a little worried myself.

It's called a porter. I told DH when he called that we will just have to get one to take our bags when we land at LAX. Really this isn't that much more than we usually take on a 7 day cruise with the four of us. We have always had a garment bag, 5 suitcases [one small one just with shoes for myself and the kids], and a few carryons. We have always just packed up the minivan and driven down to PC. This is the first time I have ever had to worry about the flying stuff with restrictions.

Okay, to help out the Starbucks junkies (I am a self professing junkie as my license plate says STARBUX . . .LOL)

I went cold turkey after my job change....

I'm getting by and really don't miss it so much...

Good grief!!!

Now the whole family has to go to the doctor.

I know what you mean... Had cortisone shot for me today... and had phone consult with nutritionist because my bloodwork had "issues"

Have to take DD back to dr again tomorrow and then go to pharmacy and refill everbody's new and old meds...

Add a hair appt for DD and a last Salsa class for me tomorrow.

Still need to meet with dogsitter as she didn't show up tonight like i thought we discussed scared1: PLease god do not let this be an omen)

Woke up at 5 am to older dog having had explosive bowel issues in our bedroom.... (yes i almost did vomit myself)

Washing shirts right now and then i will see if i can get to iron ons or door magnets tonight....

I wish my DH could help me.

and once the FE gifts are gone..should have room for the clothes in the suitcases

I think that everyone is forgetting that after you give out your FE gifts you will need to pack the FE gifts that you get from everyone else. Last cruise we had a big group with them and I thought the same thing. We didn't end up with much extra room after all. LOL!

We have very small FE gifts that don't take up much room... Though we also have 119 diapers and wipes and disposable bibs so that should leave some room coming home...

Our original plans had me and Chris's family in Palo together. I got the private room so when DCL took me off the original ressie, it disappeared on Chris's plans too. She called and they still had it in their system. So it seems with the multi linking and the private rooms, the Palo plans are not displaying properly.

Monica refresh my memory,are we linked with you for Palo and what night/time? The day I had booked has been removed as well.

I have just completely covered DH's office with suitcases. Fortunately he is still smiling . . actually makes it feel like we're really going to leave on vacation soon!

Remember you can always by what you forget at Walmart in PV (after racing across that scary busy street . . .LOL

ok i have another question... on the list with the ship are the names of the people for the FE in GREEN.. what are the names in BLUE for? And how many familes are there for the FE.. I counted approx 135...

The cabins in blue are pirates who have posted on the Roll Call thread on the Pirate Zone, but are not participating in the Fish Extender activity.

Well, we're just about ready. As soon as my ipod is done resyncing, I'll be shutting down the laptop and packing up the electronics in their carryon bag.

Linda and I want to wish all of our fellow pirates safe travels. We're really looking forward to meeting up with you. It's going to make a great cruise that much more memorable and fantastic!

Just got back from my very last shopping trip for the cruise. I had to get some health & beauty aids that Walmart did not have, but I think I'm finally finished. One thing I was really excited to find was sample sized ALL laundry detergent. Each little bottle supposedly does 2 loads, but I would probably use the whole bottle. I bought about 1/2 dozen. The only thing I was unable to get at both Walmart & Target was Bonine, but DH is stopping at CVS on the way home from the golf range tonight.

Had my hair highlighted today & DD & I are having a mani/pedi on Wednesday & then we leave Thursday.

Hope everyone who is leaving tonight or early tomorrow has a safe & uneventful trip out to CA!

So here's what we did today! We decided to extend our trip and stay at WDW for a few days. Now we'll still be on vacation for our anniversary $28 total to change our SW flight and Annual Passholder rate for the room. .

I know there are several of us going on to WDW! We will be there until late on the 4th --we are meeting dd & her dh there, she's celebrating her 25th b-day!

We have very small FE gifts that don't take up much room... Though we also have 119 diapers and wipes and disposable bibs so that should leave some room coming home...
