8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC #14

It has always been 10 pm for luggage the last night when we have cruised.

On the phone with DCL right now and getting frustrated!!!

Why is he trying to get me to wait until I'm onboard to add stateroom credits??? He's said it 3 times now, "You know you can do this onboard?"

Yes I know.....just do your job and add the credit like I've asked!!!

There is no reason that they can't do this for you now, but I thought this was a great opportunity to remind everyone that changes to transfers need to be done no sooner than 3 days prior to the cruise. I know they can add the onboard credits after this date, but it is certainly easier and safer to do it before.

Which hotel is this? Hopefully not HoJo's or I'll have to increase our TOAL budget! Everyone in the family enjoys Starbucks but me. I do like their iced tea, but I can get iced tea anywhere for a lot less.

My DS Stephen is 10 two days after the cruise we will get them to celebrate last night.

We've got a list of events to celebrate on the MAGIC (especially since when we return, we'll be headed to LA again for my sister's wedding before diving into school). We've got:
DS (Kaleb) turns 14 (8/10)
DH (Ken) turns 41 (9/9)
15th Wedding Anniversary (9/26)

Well, we'll just be celebrating to be on vacation at all . . .LOL

PS Did you buy your stateroom as you have been on the Magic so much, I thought they would offer you the option to buy it outright.

Oh, wow. I don't feel so bad now. Or, maybe I should say, I shouldn't let DH make me feel so bad for having 6 bags. He was hoping we could manage with 5. I think he's just worried about how we're going to manage all those bags plus the kids, stroller, etc. and also how we're going to get everything and everybody in our minivan. Truth be told, I'm a little worried myself.

Mass During the Cruise

I just received an email from DCL. They state that they do not want to appear to sponsor any specific religion, so Mass has been cancelled.

Now that I have your attention!

Just received a "tentative" itinerary from DCL. They have been gracious enough to schedule Mass daily for any interested passengers!

Mass is tentatively scheduled each day at 8:30 a.m. in the Buena Vista Theatre, Deck 5 Midship. The only change to their schedule is for the day we are at Cabo San Lucas on August 19th. Mass is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. that day.

I'll keep you posted if I hear anything more.

Oh, and by the way, for our "old time" Catholics out there who tend to get bent out of shape trying to "follow the rules", let me try to help you out: We are on vacation during this cruise. If your morning schedule/shore excursions mean that you go to breakfast and then come to Mass, I will dispense you from your Eucharistic fast. Don't let that be a worry for you!

yes tom to ecited he was ready since he packed counting the days i have been sick i had a shot on foot for my plan? something rather (spur) and was out for 2 days than i started some pills that have steroids and other stuff for swelling so thast made me very ill so been dizzy last few days and weak have 2 more days of this and i will be done with them but i am ready to go have a magical time @ disneyland and etc.... i keep seeing my bags and makes me wanna GOOOOOOO LETS GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually..all of them are within walking distance ... kind of long walking distance for those at Hojos but walking distance still
