The maps are at "Ye Olde Print Shoppe" right now. They're getting incorporated into the Pirate Navigator, which should be available for downloading and printing shortly.

It may sound like overkill, but we're bringing 20 bottles! There are 5 of us for over three weeks, the majority of which will be along the equator in August. DW is extremely fair, and tends to bubble and blister when she gets too much sun. The twins are both fair-skinned little blondes too.

The navigator & maps are going to be such a help! Thanks to you & M & anyone else who contributed!

We will also be bringing quite a bit of sunscreen, because the continous spray seems to run out quick & my kids are so fair skinned.

Same here - I could talk about it and repeat things a few times but once we are this close then all of a sudden everyone has questions about EVERYTHING

Oy & it's so annoying isn't it? I'm not kidding & they actually have absolutey no idea where we are going except it involves getting from CA to FL thru the PC! Yesterday a friendly sales clerk asked my kids where the cruise was going when we told them we were shopping for a cruise & they said the Panama Canal & I said, "Yes & where else?" Their response? "I don't know, some place in Mexico?"

Seriously - only DS and DH are fair skinned. DD and myself have the Italian tanning genes.

On another note, I had my yearly physical yesterday & she gave me some happy pills for the flight out & she also told me that she wished I had told her about the trip sooner & she would've given me the Hep A shots. I guess some doctors are more cautious than others. She did give me a tetanus shot while I was there & now I'm wondering if I should get the kids one or are they pretty much up to date with all that stuff for kids?

Maybe call the pediatrician and ask if their tetanus is up to date?

Ya that's what I was figuring I'd have to do but it is such a pain getting an answer from them. There answering line is worse than disney with the amount of choices you have. Then to actually get to speak to a live person involves leaving a message & having them get back to you hours or days later depending on the importance.

Last I heard it was sea day Thurs 8/21 at 2:00 in Stephanie's cabin.
That day is filling up quick, with the wenches lunch now and a get together at 4:00! Yikes

Not sure if anyone else has posted this before but while updating our ipods for the trip I saw that the Cheetah Girls's new movie One World will premear on 8/22. I wonder if DCL will play this on the ship as well since it is one of their original movies, just not in theaters. My kids have been watching the previews for it on TDC all summer. They would love to see this on the ship.

DD asked me about this yesterday...she is hoping it happens!
