 I had a guy in the Walt Disney Theater dump a full drink in the seat next to me because I wouldn't get out of the seat he was saving..... He thought he could save an entire row.......I sat down anyway! :rotfl: :rotfl: NO ONE in his family would come down and sit with him during the show! :lmao:

Just posting to see if my post ends up before or after yours....:confused3

EDITED: I guess your post is one of the Oceanic 6 that finally made it off the island.

"They were on our bed when we boarded/got to room last night"

Would that ever mess with people

My head already feels like it's been messed with.....:headache: But you're right, that would be hysterical!! I know, I'm evil.

Really? You get your KTTW card where then if you are taking DCL transportation? We do need to rush for Palo so hopefully we'll get there early enough from LAX...

If you are taking DCL transportations and have a pre-stay at one of the resort hotels. My understanding is you can complete all the registration at the DCL desk at Grand California ahead of time, and that they'll pick up your luggage from the room that morning and deliver it right to your stateroom. Your KTTW card should be ready for you as you board the bus.

I don't think it applies to regular DCL transfers from the airport - sorry.

Okay, the DIS timewarp has beat me! I am out for the evening. I tried a little pirate chat, was fun, but confusing for a first timer and a little too fast sometimes! Y'all rock! PS, you guys may never read this because it will most likely be posted a few pages back. But in case you do read this...I can't wait to meet everyone! :)

I posted this originally after Steph's post that was preceeded by Crash's quote quoting Steph previous, but not listed previous post. Yanno?

Edited in by Crash = I thought this was HILARIOUS ... if wasn't so tragicly TRUE!

ETA, look, I ended up in the middle of the two posts I mentioned. I feel special!
... [ed]...

May I offer this reply on behalf of your DIS neighbors from coast to coast and around the world....

Since all of the other quotes of this post are before this post, this one will probably be too but... on our first cruise our tablemates were attacked by someone in the theater because the DH sat in a seat that someone was saving right before the show started. It delayed the show start and the commedian included what happened in his show the next night. The DISer was okay and was supported by the CMs who helped him and his family. The woman he sat next to had a bit too much to drink at dinner and incited what happened. It was terrible that his kids ... or anyone else ... had to witness something like that. :(

It simply amazes me to no end to hear of these kinds of stupid violent acts.

I count myself lucky to have not witnessed many episodes like this in my life time.

I can't recall the last time I saw anything approaching these sort of silly episodes.

Roger, Boris is #2 this year!

Notice the general direction these take too, away from where we would be headed

Tom, it wasn't so much the storm itself that I am worried about, it is the waves that we will have to deal with. :scared1:

Just saw this on the main board. Doesn't sound right to me, but those of you staying on Disney property might want to check it out.

Last week I called the Disneyland Hotel, and they said they will have a shuttle Sunday morning to drive us to the port. We are cruising 7/13. They told me it was free and made a note of it on our reservation. So you may just want to call them and ask them.

Been trying to catch up for days. Those last few pages were mighty confusing, though.

Actual Cruise Question!

How many of you are bringing a laptop?

Now back to your regularly scheduled chatting.
Yup, we're taking a laptop. I've killed memory cards before so gotta transfer daily - and burn to CD for safe-keeping - just in case. I'm also planning to try my hand at digital scrapping and try to get at least some of the trip scrapped while on board.

And now Stace too. Anybody know some sign language:confused3 :rotfl2:
I took a course in college, but without anyone to practice with I've forgotten everything:worried:
I know a bit of sign. 17yo DNiece is deaf and before her family moved 9 years ago I was pretty good with her.

Test........Midnight PST - where with this end up.......

Pass the peanuts please.

Andy

Is it one of those cool lime green Macs?

Got to love it!!!:lmao: :lmao:

That could be bad.....

Imagine all the people trying to ketchup with all the posts out of order:rotfl2:

Not usre but everything looks good to me!!!:confused3 :confused3

I couldn't get on DIS all morning and then when I try reading our thread it makes no sense. Am I in the Twilight Zone?:happytv: Is this the Tower of Terror? I don't have a clue what is going on, but maybe that isn't too unusual.

Maybe this will end up on page 105. Good luck to all trying to follow what is going on. I am lost and will just smile and nod.:lmao:

I never have a clue.....just ask John!!!::yes:: ::yes::

Okay I have just spent 12 hours doing 28 screens of WALL E. :headache: :headache: It was a really cute movie but a little hard for the younger set to comprehend.;) I think more adults went to see it than children today. :thumbsup2
Looks like it was some crazy day today!!!:faint: I will play ketchup Sunday!!! DD is having garage sale tomorrow and am doing more movies.:rolleyes1 :headache:

Hope everyone has a nice Saturday!!:yay:

You have got to be kidding me! That is one of my biggest pet peeves, is saving seats (alot of them) in the WDT. What childish behavior because he didn't get his way....what a 2 year old. :furious: :headache:
Good for you!

WOOOOO HOOO!!!

I just got one of these speaker docks for my ZUNE.....

It retails at Best BUY for $99 and I got it fer $23

So glad you won your auction.
Thank you everyone for being so friendly in the chatroom.
Sorry I don't know a football match from a football game:rotfl2:

I can't wait to meet you all , it's doubtful that I will be able to stay up and chat again(need matchsticks this morning) but I'll try and post a little more often once school finishes here in 3 weeks!
Thank you again to everyone who is planning events , updating webpages and ordering goods, you're really helping to make this a TOAL

ooh look a birdie....

Do you think this door sign is too busy ??????

Pirateswelcome.jpg

awww. share the pirate clip art ...pretty please....

today I pulled off to get some gas to find out that 2 of my tires were in bad shape from some rough roads and had to be replaced immediately...another had a nail in it....took 3 hours and two different locations to get all 4 tires replaced...

Oh carp what a week.....

Sorry i had to cut out from Pirate Chat last night... For some reason, my internet doesn't like pirate chat and crashes all the time....

Well that and i was in the doghouse....:duck:

At the risk of having to walk the plank ....and with most sincere humble apologies to the Captain.... I had to remove the banner from my signature. No, not because we're canceling or anything, but shockingly, I had this heartbreaking need to replace it after hearing that the Adventurer's Club (and most all of PI) is closing in September!!!!!

I'm in total shock here... I always go to the AC at WDW. I take all my friends there and even made new friends there I keep running into at WDW. I even took my nieces and nephews there for the first show in April. I'm glad I did because if they don't reopen it somewhere else, it'll probably be my last time.

:furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

No cheers today,

Jennifer

Hey, I could bring 7 of us to help you out with your screenings. I was thinking of you yesterday and wondering how Wall E and your movie fun was going! DH took a carful of girls to go see a movie, but they saw Get Smart instead of Wall E?!!?!!?! Oh well, we will all go see it together Sunday evening. Unless you need us to drive down to help you out! ;) I would be willing to sacrifice...

Lets see, tank of gas to get there and back equals $75, 7 tickets to the movie...equals about $75...getting to meet you early...priceless! :) :) :) Wait, would that mean I would be on your phone list, I don't know if I have that much time!! ;)

Owww, my head hurts. Where was the Quantum Physics Alert before that post?!?

What did y'all do to the DIS?

That's what I heard too, which is why we're using the DCL transfers. Hopefully it will be more hassle-free than "hassle-free" booking was!
