8-16 Discounts @Bay Lake Tower

Anyone able to use any of these discounts at the BLT. I have been on hold for about 30 minutes now. Going Thanksgiving week and previously have been unable to use any discounts at this property....sigh. Hoping for atleast Free Dining. Gave up GF concierge w/40 % discount for a little elbow @ rack rate Beginning to wonder....Sigh...
