Hi everyone,
In addition to my lack of willpower when it comes to yummy food, I had a workout setback this weekend. I think it's hard to workout for awhile now, with a broken toe! Not good!!!

About 2.5 mi in all, as we did some extra walking to make up for the hills, but not too bad! Definitely a feeling of accomplishment! 

Yes--Couch to 5K:What is this couch to 5K? I've been walking Mon-Fri after I drop the kids off in the morning and since last week I've tried to add a little jogging to it. I've never been a runner, but each day I can go a bit farther which has me giving myself a mental pat on the back. I'll never be ready for CC5K but we'll see if I can work up the nerve to enter a local one by fall. My right hip has been hurting though since starting...probably not a good thing?
Woobie-you can totally lose 15 by cruise time and if you don't then you're xx pounds lighter than when you started.
