I'm baaaack!!!!! Hello all, looks pretty quiet around here tonight. Just finished unpacking , I'm exhausted!!! Anyway, I just played a little ketchup... LOL

Harry, our whole group of two families enjoyed Sci Fi Diner for dinner on our trip in September- it was one of our favorites!!

Happy Mothers Day!!! i gave my mom a card this morning and we are getting ready to go to queens to my grandma's house. and guess wat?!?!?!?! cruising do's and don'ts are on the travel channel right now and they are showing the best family cruise!!! LOL

Happy Mother's Day to all. Trip was great!!! The weather was awesome!! I will put some pictures up later and a trip report, I'm not very good at that, but I'll try. Kristen, I'm not sure where we will add on- probably AKV, we're still throwing the idea around. LOL That usually means we will.

Well Ed, did you make your way back home? So much for teamwork eh? Just off the new IT guy and you'll be fine.

Well I was the lucky one while most of those working were in the office, I was working from home.

Friday night I worked 8 to 10 pm and then on saturday I started at 7:30 am and didn't fully log off until midnight.
I didn't work all that time, but continully logged in and out and between 6 and 9 pm I troubleshot the system. We resolved the issue with the firewall only to find out the vendor still had problems with his code.

At midnight the application teams and vendor corrected his final errors and I could log into the application, The test teams are doing final testing today in the office.

Most people yesterday were in the office all day , My boss and I were did our work from the confort of our easy chairs lol.

Its made for a long day after a long and painful week, but at least I earned some additional brownie points, and each step of the problem resolution I was proved correct in my analysis of the problems including the login problems with the vendors application.

That reminded me of a movie/advert that is doing the email rounds about an IT guy. I'll have to see if I can find some way of getting it on here.

Yea did my normal sunday chores lol
food shopping and got Beth's Birthday gift for Weds.
I did get to watch the nascar race last night and watch a couple of movies while I was doing the support yesterday, So while it was a long day I had made the best of it.

Nothing special for the middle of the week, got Beth one of the digital picture frames. Will cook up some steaks and get an Ice cream cake
