Good morning everyone! A rare springtime coastal storm is battering us here today - not a great way to start the week....

It has been raining here since I got home- and it's cold. It just seems worse since I'm home now. A huge tree fell on my mom's house, but not hard, so no damage, we will just have to get the tree removed now.

Hey Harry, I saw the Dinosaur place at DTD, there are lots of scaffolding and workers, here are some pics. They may be done before you go down.

Here are some with the outlines of a T-Rex.

It looks like it will be nice, we will probably eat there next year before the cruise.

Hey Harry -- 2-0.

We are getting quite excited here, ready to start "vacation season." We had to cancel a couple of trips due to a family illness and subsequent death in the family so now we find ourselves with rescheduled stuff and starting with our trip to WDW in 10 days, we have 3 trips in four months. We need it and we are ready!

Last night at midnight was our booking time for our August cruise. I tried signing on early because sometimes it works. This time it didn't. Kept getting the message that the reservation wasn't available yet for booking (not 90 days yet). So when midnight hit, I signed on again and this time I got a message that we couldn't book because our cruise wasn't paid in full. I began to panic because it was paid off more than a month ago. So I signed off and back on a couple of times and after the 3rd time it worked. *PHEW*.

Booked brunch and dinner at Palo, Dolphin Kid program for the girls in Cabo and a dolphin swim for me there. I may cancel it so I can watch the kids since it had to be at the same time. We booked "best of Mazatlan" which is a short city tour, a cliff diving exhibition and then a beach resort for beach. pool and a mexican folklore show. In Puerto Vallarta, we booked a day at a beach resort. I really wanted to do the Zip Line in either Mazatlan or PV but that would mean sending Mina out on the excursions in those places alone with the kids and I didn't want to miss out on their day. But I may change my mind once onboard if it is still available. I also booked a massage but we didn't do the Spa Villa this time. While it was great, I think it's way overpriced and thought it was an indulgence we didn't need this time.

Now that we have booked our stuff, I can't wait til some folks get back to post trip reports and we can see how we've done - or if we need to adjust anything.

Yes we will be there.... obviously a must win for the Flyers... I think Coburn is done for the series barring any miracle cure that removes all the swelling around his eye (it's closed shut).... I still wonder why more players don't wear the shields - then again I remember when most of them didn't even wear helmets!

It's going busy with end of the year school stuff...LOL!!!!!!!! How about you. Our house and yard are finally back to "Normal."
