Yep when it rains it pours.
We spotted a wet floor around the water heater. since the basement gets water during heavy storms we didn't think much of it.
But since the water has drained and most of that area is dry the area around the water heater is still wet.
Took a closer look and noticed a small drip on one of the legs. The water heater is up on blocks due to the wet basement condition.
Since this heater was installed in 1989, this heater doesn't owe anybody anything. Luckily its only a small drip, So I have time to get it replaced before it lets go.
Uggg Now isn't a good time to have to replace it, but I guess there never is a good time![]()
Aw man Ed. You are due for some good luck. Here's some
to give you an assist.

I hope you are all doing great!! Today we are without house guests. It was one crazy, non-stop weekend but thankfully we have today to recoup.
I can't even bear to turn it off in the summer...
What configuration did you get, Mel???
I heard they even installed them on a narrow boat before now!
