Had a busy day today. We finally got our airfare booked for our Oct. cruise...
Then, my mom and I had 90 minute massages. Then home for a quick dinner then off to Home Depot to pick out the hardwood flooring for our bedroom...This morning the girls and I baked Bruce a homemade carrott cake for his birthday tomorrow and wrapped his presents they are so very excited that tomorrow is his birthday. They are going to make him Cinderella waffles for breakfast....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please say the flooring will be installed before the furniture is delivered!!! Happy birthday to Bruce today! Is he 44 now?

I know everyone is soooo jealous of my crazy schedule ... here's a sample of tomorrow....

8AM - 10:00 - Take Tim to team swim practice
11AM - 11:45 - Jake has swim practice at another location
11:45 - 1:00 - Tim has individual swim practice (stroke & turns)

11:00 - 1:00 - Harry gets to work out in the gym while the boys are swimming

1:30 - 'til as long as it takes - grocery shopping with DW....

5:30 - Heading out to Philadelphia for hockey game with Tim
8:00 - Dinner w/ Tim at stadium club
10:00 - back to NJ

12:00AM - Gamestop with Tim for a midnight launch of a much-anticipated Wii game (long story....)

12:01AM - Harry collapses (please send flowers!)....

I'm with you there. I love riding anything but as I get older it is becoming a little more painful.

Talk about a soft opening....

For your entertainment, an update on our appliance delivery.

1. The guys show up and announce that they can't install the dishwasher. Something about the plumber's union and that Home Depot should have told us that. Nice to find out as they are wheeling it in. The good news is that HD is going to send a plumber out to do it at their cost since it was their screw up. The question now is when....
2. The microwave doesn't work. They installed it. Tested it. Nothing. Tested the electrical line. It was fine. Verdict: Microwave a dud. Have to try again next week with another one. Reinstalled old one.
3. Oven. Banged up. Pretty much a complete loss. Must try again when they bring the microwave.
4. They are currently installing the icemaker on the fridge. I hope when I go back upstairs that it actually works. It'd be nice to have ONE of our new appliances for which we scheduled our whole day around...
5. Where is the wine?
Good times.

OMG!! I'd be livid!!! Good luck getting it all sorted..

Thank you guys soooooo much today is the last competition practice of the 2007-2008 season. im excited for sunday!!!! well im off to get ready to go down to Dunkin Doughnuts to apply for a job LOL, go to practice, get ready, then go to the last kickline sleepover, then COMPETITION!!!! i'll keep you guys posted tomorrow night on what happened at the competition and i'll post up some pictures if i can.

Hi Ed! What's going on today? We have about a foot of snow now. Anyone wanna come over and make snow angels? Kristin, I don't think the Snow Fairy is going to be able to spread any pixie dust today. DH called. He just got out to his route and he said it's a ghost town. The only person he saw out was a guy riding his snow mobile down the street.

Has anyone checked the cruise pricing lately? Is it just me or did it go up ALOT already?! My DSis is not planning on booking until this August but I think if she waits too long they won't go because of the price. When I told her what we were paying, her DH said that was too much, and that was with our 10% discount!

I can't recall what the prices were but I did feel compelled to check others we've got booked and was amazed to see that the cost of our May Double Dip has virtually doubled!!! Feeling pretty good as we paid off the August Mexican Riviera cruise this morning - that exchange rate was too good to miss...
