There are certainly times when MS is very, very busy. Most of those times are mornings. Mondays and Tuesdays are the worst. MS has said that the phone lines are not all that busy in the late afternoons or on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Even when I was calling day by day for a standard view at BWV in early December, I got through on the first try later in the afternoon - no busies and only a few seconds of hold/music. (Had to clarify something).

I really don't see how making day by day calls is inconsiderate of others - those who only need/want to make one call can certainly choose to make that one call later in the day or on Wednesdays or Thursdays.


If I didn't want a standard view at BWV in early December (or other tough to get time/GV), I would only make one call and I would choose to make it in the middle of the week, towards the end of the day. That would free up MS to take the calls of those who needed "hard to get" reservations in the morning.

I made a ressie today and got right through. But the interesting thing was the survey DVC did at the end of my phone call. One of the questions was how would you prefer to make reservations in the future: phone, fax, email, or INTERNET! Of course I chose Internet. I would like the ability to check my points and avaliablity of resorts. So who knows what the future holds
