My goodness it's Wednesday already

Those holiday Monday's really make the weeks feel a lot shorter.

I've got absolutely nothing that NEEDS to be done today, except watch So You Think You Can Dance.

So I guess I'll just go with the flow and see what happens.

The girls have had friends round throughout the week, one of them is here now, so I have spent most of the day lazing in the garden re-reading my Harry Potter book

Nothing much is going on round here today, except the girls are going to see Transformers tonight

Cant wait to go...We leave on Robins Birthday!.....and Im hoping Ill be able to hand her a Birthday SODA..a few days after that! .... If I am/she is lucky!

AND....Ann said she is going to try to do a meet with us too.....Sooo Im keeping my fingers crossed...and my toes.... ...Id keep my eyes crossed too,...but I dont want to walk into any wallls actually, if I kept my toes crossed...I may not be able to walk at all.....Soo I think its just going to be my fingers......As it is, its really hard to type this way

Oooh Betsy, you lucky thing, your holiday has come round so quick. I know you'll have a great time. I have been telling the girls that you're going to MNSSHP and they can't wait to see photos of you dressed as a dalmatian

And how wonderful to meet up with Ann, please say 'hi' to her for me, and you must let me know when 'The Sisters' decide to do a Disney Cruise again (though I know Kelly would love to see them on her Jan '09 cruise)

Maybe he's thinking that he'll go to the competition and I can head in your direction...... here's hoping anyways.

He just asked me at lunch today where you guys were going to be meeting.

I think I'd be able to handle a solo trip just fine.

I'd just stay at the POP Century and take Magical Express from the airport and back again. Hang around Disney property while I'm there. No problem at all.

Flights are even quite cheap at that time... $119. round trip from Detroit.

Anyway, I'm just laying low, keeping quiet about it.

It IS right around my birthday time, it'd make a great birthday present.

Time will tell.

Thanks for your support girls!!!

Things are easing up at home and getting back to normal! We will miss him, but the tension is gone! He's been under the state's care for a long time, I think he was ready to stand on his own two feet for a long time (even though he really wasn't prepared)! I wish him the best!

I've always wanted to try a solo trip.

I'm not really sure if I would like it or not

If I went to meet up with Betsy and the others, I'm not sure if or how much time I would spend doing any parks.

That's something that I'd have to think about I guess.

Busy, busy week here at the office! Everyone's a/c is breaking down and they aren't too happy (I can't blame them)

We had bad lightening around us but no rain!! Our grass is so brown... can't complain too much... grass isn't growing tall

Been there and done that with the airconditioning Kelly.

I think ours to fixed for now anyways

We've had some rain in the past few weeks but I haven't had to totally cut the lawn since the middle of June.

I cut down some of the weed tops in mid July but the grass wasn't really long.

Amazing how those weeds can grown so tall but the grass turns brown, isn't it.

The girls are going off to a Theme Park with their friends today, and it looks like it's going to be a nice day

Good morning Mandy.

I've got the weekend to myself since Rick is going to an airplane competition that I'm not going along to.

I think I've been elected to drive my mom and my uncle (her brother) and my aunt to visit their last surviving aunt on their mother's side.

That's okay I don't mind.

Other than that, the housework is pretty much caught up, the laundry was done yesterday, so

I can laze around all weekend if I so desire

Whew.... late check in!! I can't believe how fast time went by today! I've got my desk cleared off just in time for the weekend! So I figured I'd post before I head out for the weekend!

We've got a funeral to go to on Saturday (a co-worker's mother passed) and on Sunday a bbq. I'm going to try and talk CW into catching a movie, I don't feel like hanging out at home I want to get out and go!

Hey there Robin!!

As you can see... my get up and go, got up and went! Or should I say CW's did Don't think we'll be catching a movie tonight, he's a Mr. Couch Potato today Oh well, he doesn't get many days to relax

I was checking on some discounted DCL rates on Dreams Unlimited. Has anyone used them? We went thru DCL both times for reservations, but it looks like we could get an upgraded room (cat 9) for $600 less than the cat 10 we stayed in last time.

I'm getting very anxious waiting for them to post '09 rates. Should be 60 days or so from now

I hope you're having a lovely weekend

All is quiet around here, the girls have been packing as they are off on their camping trip with their Youth Club tomorrow. It's a Christian gathering, a bit like a music festival but for Christians. I think they're going to have a great time, but I am going to miss them soooooo much - it'll be so quiet around here without them. I just hope that the weather is nice and that they have fun

On Wednesday night we're going to the opening night of the Bourne Ultimatum, I can't wait to see it, I loved the other movies

Kelly, we have always booked through DCL for our Cruises, but I know a lot of people have had some good bargains with Dreams Unlimited too. I think you'll burst with excitement when you finally get to book your next Disney Cruise.

The girls have gone off to camp this morning. I dropped them down at their Youth Club earlier and I am just waiting to hear when they've arrived

They're not due back till Saturday and this is the longest that they've ever been away, the place seems so quiet without them
