It's a nice temperature here today but very very windy again and it has thundered and sprinkled and sunshined and looks dark and storm again.

Just can't seem to make up it's mind

We're hoping to eat at some nice restaurants, go to bed late, have a lie in, have a nice breakfast, do some shopping and not listen to the girls arguing - Ooh I'm excited just thinking about it

Glad you are both having a nice day, it's been raining on and off all day here. I guess I shouldn't complain as it's the first drop of rain this April

p.p.s. Betsy, I was thinking about you today, when we met at the Rose & Crown and you got the piano guy to sing Happy Birthday to me, and then he started singing 'Oh Mandy' that was such a good laugh

Good day everyone.

The sun is shining but it's a bit cooler than it has been the past few days. It's kind of between long pants and shorts weather

I took my car in to the body shop to have the damage repaired from that accident a few weeks ago.

I have a rental vehicle, a Mazda of some sort.

Rick found out today that our van needs to have a new transmission in it

They told him that it would be done under warranty. I hope so because that is one expensive repair job.

Darn cars...... always fixing them

Hello all,

Well I did my three miles this morning...a little chilly at the start ...but by the time we got back home it was nice....not as warm as yesterday...but warm enough...
Then I got my hair highlighted and cut...It looks alot better...the last time I had it done was befor the cruise..So I was due!....

We are missing you.

The repairs on my car are costing me nothing Mandy. The lady who hit me, her insurance company is paying for all the repairs.

Liz's car cost a bit to fix but now she has a nice little car. She just has to get the hang of driving stick shift instead of an automatic. She will do it, I know she can.

Rick's van, well that will be an expensive fix for the transmission but supposedly it will be covered under warranty. I sure hope so because he figured it would cost 3 or 4 thousand dollars to fix it.

Thanks Mandy...Im looking forward to it....
But It'll be busy today...I'm trying to get all my shopping done today...and Mikes birthday is Sat....So I'm going to try to arrange someone to let my Mom visit so we can go out...My Dsis(who normally has her visit , is going out of town)...
and Sunday I hoping the family can get to gether for cake and ice cream at least...maybe grilling as its suppose to be very nice on Sunday!....

With all those grandchildren someone could mistake you for an OLD lady

You are only a few months older than me and I don't think I will be a grandmother for quite a while to come yet.

Actually it must be nice because you are young still and have energy to keep up with the little ones.

Yay, It's nearly the weekend again

The girls are really excited about their weekend away, and so are we !! I've been busy washing and ironing, and now I'm just looking forward to tonight when the girls will head north and we head south
