Good morning cruisers!! How is everyone today?? One more day until we hit the 4 month mark! How cool to have less than four months to go?

I'm getting ready to pull out my rubbermaid storage container to start throwing things I need for the cruise in it I read that someone did this and it helped them pack better! This will work great since I'm getting ready to start putting away summer sandals and stuff

I can't wait to go!!!

I had my passport picture taken yesturday. I gave my niece a ride to the city as she has been a little sick lately. (morning/afternoon sickness) She called off work but had to get her paperwork in to the office so she can get paid next week. While in the city I figured it was as good a time as any to get the pictures done. So I did. Even more exciting is that my M-I-L recieved her passport in the mail Yesturday!!! She said she's all ready to go whether Eric and I get our passports in time or not! I know better though. She's like the nicest lady that you will ever meet in your entire life. She'd give up a paid vacation in a heartbeat if for some reason just 1 of us were not able to go. But that won't be the case...Eric and I have vowed to get this done by the end of the week. So look out Nassau, Cause here we come!!

Hi Wendy! Sorry to hear your neice isn't feeling well, you say am/pm sickness? This is a duh question but is she expecting?? You may have posted this but my mind is starting to steer in only 1 direction and I sure you can guess which one

on MIL receiving her passport! We've starting calling them mugshots around here, they aren't very flattering

Kelly ~ 'mugshots' I got a new passport this year, it was about to run out, but I was so fed up of my curly poodle perm hair on it that I applied for a new one. Mind you my new piccie isn't that much better ~ I look like the most boring person on the planet on it ~ why can't they allow us to smile on them ? they'd look so much better

Susie... It'll be great to "meet" your mom! Enjoy college, I think you said that you getting your degree to teach K-8, right? I would love to be a teacher but the kids would be soo embarrassed if I was at their school! Good luck with college

Mandy... I made the guy let me look at my picture and do it over! I don't take good photos at all but I did smile a little and picked my fav pic. He was very nice though and he let me look at the rest of ours after he did my pics.

When I called DCL yesterday to give one of my sis's passport numbers, she checked with me on the others in our group who haven't got their passports yet.

My niece IS pregnant. She is due Jan. 17th. I figure if she plans right, when ?I get home from the cruise, she'll go into labor within a week or two. I'm funny around other peoples kids. I'm always worried I'll scare them. I think because for the longest time my kids were afraid of everyone except me, my husband, and my parents. They each went through it, but at different times. I think Cora was A little worse though. Lindsey will find out next week if its a boy or girl. I've already bought stuff for both, just in case. We've been talking a little about names, she hasn't decided on any, but as of yesturday she liked Libby for a girl. (that's the name my husband chose for our next child....The one we're never gonna have, we decided together to not have anymore.) And Landon for a boy. I mentioned this name to her as a new name I could deal with. I'm glad I don't have the pressure of picking out another persons name again. It's really hard to make a decision!

Ooh how exciting Wendy, I love going out buying baby clothes and toys, personally I'm not big on babies, I love them when they're about 2 and you can make up games and stuff. Libby is a lovely name. Hubby and I have never agreed on boy's names, so it was just as well that we had girls ~ LOL

Does she want to know if it's a boy or a girl ? I never wanted to know, but at least you know what to buy for beforehand and what colour to decorate the nursery

Cora had another wonderful day at kindergarten yesturday. She had art class and made a really cool pair of glasses. If I remember, I'll take a picture later and post it. She met a new friend, named Jaimie. Jaimie is in first grade and her recess overlaps Cora's. There's a good sized hill at the school that the kids slide down in the winter, it's really cool. Well, Cora and Jaime were rolling down this hill yesturday. Jaime even sat beside Cora at lunch even though they are suppose to sit w/thier class. The teachers allowed because Jaime is a new student and I guess Cora is the first one who actually bonded w/her. That doesn't surprise me about Cora, she is very sensitive to others feelings. She wants everyone to be as happy as she is all the time! She's just a little girl, but w/her compassion for others and her will to come out on top....I have faith that there is nothing she can't do!

Carolin's first day at middle school she says "was great"! She feels more mature and is wanting to wear make up... ugh... not already!!!

Chad says that "this year is gonna be so cool"! I asked why it was gonna be so great and he says " 3 reasons" and here they are:

1) He's the senior class at the middle school... 8th grade
2) His friends are finally back in his classes (ooohhhh nooooo )
3) Cool teachers

He has asked me to sign him up on the boards so he can chit chat on the teen boards with some of the kids going on this cruise....

so... I better be careful what I say! I love you bunches, Chad if you read this!

Getting any information from Randall about school is no small task. He's completely closed-mouthed about the subject. He had a lot of homework last night. I think he is starting to realize that he is not a little boy anymore, that he is growing up, and he's not so sure he's ready. He's a little immature for his age, not a lot, and I'm not really concerned, I just think he wants to stay little, stay young, no worries that way. This stressing over getting all this homework done in one night is just the start of something bigger. Something he isn't ready for.
