I would imagine that my youngest DD (13) will be eating off the childrens menu too, she isn't in to big meals and she'll be happier with pizza or chicken strips.

Yup, I'm home and as Colleen pasted you can see some of the things that we did.

Our flights were great, both actually arrived 1/2 hour early. Magical Express worked wonderful too. We were at POP Century in an hour from the time we got off the plane. Everytime we went to catch a bus or a boat to go somewhere, it magically appeared We got so that we'd laugh and say...... we need a bus...... POOF!!!

Crowds were thin to non existant. Ate at Trails End at Fort Wilderness with only about 50 other people in the building. Didn't get turned away from any other table service places we tried either (without reservations) and always got a table almost immediately.

We went to Typhoon Lagoon which was our first time at a Disney waterpark. We had fun there, though I only did one slide and then floated around in the creek for about 2 hours total I stood in the wave pool for a bit too. Kids had fun there.

Most names or what ever question I ask her she can find the answer, but not this kids name. He shall forever be known as "the boy who thinks he's smarter than Cora."

Wendy... I'm glad that Cora is a strong girl and stands up for what's right!! I'm glad too that you are also thinking about the other side of being to strong-willed (the bullying). You are letting her be sensitive to others as well, but I have a gut feeling you don't need to worry about that cutie pushing anyone around! She sounds alot like my Carolin

When Chad was in Pre-K, he use to crack us up sooo much!!! He had very unique names for his classmates:

Pop Tart girl (was always dropped off with a pop tart in the am)
Hair Bow girl (wore hair bows everyday)
Chair girl (in time out each afternoon)

There were many more but he would roll out the names without stopping to think for a second when he would tell us about his day! I miss that!!

My Caroline started K5 a few weeks ago too. Her big story this far isn't near as cute. She got poop everywhere and had to go home...she got sick and couldn't get to the bathroom in time. Amazingly yuck! She's so embarrassed. She didn't want to go back to school. But she's back now and loving it.

well, i spent so much time reading up on y'all I can't really catch you up on me...

but the house isn't sold and i'm still dreaming of jan 7th...sometimes it helps me get through the "poopy" days. (literally.)

Aw... poor Caroline! Everybody goes thru embarrassing moments like that! Glad she was a real trooper and is happy to be back to school!

Here's some hoping the house will sell soon!

This was my DDs big purchase our first trip to MK...the Purple Princess hat down front is my DD...DS is in the purple shirt and crown, we had just finished eating at CRT.

I love that picture, Colleen! I have to chuckle thinking what is going on in your DS's mind! It looks as if he is looking at his sis either devilishly like he is ready to jump in front of her to get an autograph or looking at her as if he just loves his sis sooo much!

Hi there Mandy!! I'm good, Friday we had Ernesto (storm) pass thru! It was messy. Rain was blown in under my french doors, kitchen window, bathroom window, and in my attic! I wanted to cry It ruined part of my kitchen cabinet but everything else kinda dried out.

Can ya believe it? They still did open house for my kids school! WHAT?!?? Someone wised up and shut it down early, it was terrible to try to drive in, the roads were flooding! We lost power but only for 10 hrs, some are still waiting for their power to come back on

But... all is well now

Hi I'm Suzi just found out two weeks ago that we (my mom dad 2 sisters and 3 brothers) and my Aunt and Uncle and there 2 kids and my Grandparants where going on the Disney Cruise. This is my second Disney Cruise. The first one was last October. I can't wait. I'm off at college and this will be a great vacation to take with my family while I'm on break. I am counting down the days.

I think Chad is going to join the disboards... I don't know why he is thinking this over soo much! Maybe cause mom can see what he's up to?

He's still back and forth to joining MSN! I'll let you know when the poor fella makes his final decision! I know he'd like to chat with the cruisers, he's gonna be isolated from the rest of his cousins since he's the oldest.

I'm 19 and to old for the teen club but my Brother david who is turing 17 tommrow and my sister Joanna who is turning 13 in a few days will both be in the teen club. Joanna is very excited about getting to be in the teen club. I think she will be in there a lot. Last time David didn't go to much but he and Joanna get very competitive so he may be in there more this time.
I was really surprised when mom told me we were going again and even more suprised when I found out that we were getting a window. Last time we were in a catagory 11 which does not have a split bathroom. This time we are in a catagory 9 So I'm also excited about having a split bathroom.

Welcome!! I;m Wendy, and I'll be cruisin with my husband Eric, my MIL Marilyn, my daughter Cora (6-at time of cruise), my son Randall (9) and my step-daughter Kayla (18). Kayla just left for college yesturday. She's headed to Auburn, Maine to a community college. She has a few classes to get out of the way, then she'll try to get into the nursing program. She is a CNA right now and I think she has some other certification too, but I can't remember to initials to that one! Anyway, Kayla, or Kay06 on the dis, checks in once in a while, she will more now that it;s getting so close! So keep checking in and I;m sure you guys will have time to get to know each other before hand!

Now that I've bored you guys and taken up a page and 1/2, I want to officially say "hello"!

We had a great weekend other than the storm Friday! Today is the first day back to school for the kids, now they consider this the first official countdown to the cruise since school has started!

Carolin was very, very nervous going to a new school with the older kids! She was all smiles and stomach cramps Chad was excited to go back being the "senior" in the school (8th grade)! Finally, they are back in the same school again!

It took me 25 minutes to catch up on this thread. I gotta make more time to DIS!

CORA's 1st day made me smile sweetly. What an amazing, lovely girl!

I'm sorry Caroline had to go through this. It's always embarrassing to have an accident in public. On the bright side, I'm sure she's the only one who remembers it now. I wish adults were as forgetful of our emabarrassing moments as kids are.

I'm off to help my niece do some stuff on the computer for her college classes. I just might be all practiced up by the time it;s Cora's or Randall's turn. Randall has all of a sudden decided to become a plumber, and Cora, well, she wants to be a nurse, then work and go to school to be a doctor then work, then specialize in pediatrics. Oh and be a dance teacher and a tae kwon do teacher too. After all that, she's gonna be a mom and have 99 kids!! Yes,....she's an overacheiver! , but she's MY overacheiver!!

This will be our second cruise, unfortunately I didn't find the disboards until we made our reservations for this cruise

There is still so much to learn and this is definately the place!! And I agree with you, everyone here is very sweet and hilarious
