Hi Robin ~ I'm glad you liked my photos, they are all so special to me

O'Hana's was lovely, there was a great atmosphere (especially as Stitch was there) and the food was served family style (in a skillet brought to the table), here's a link to the food http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_ohb.htm

We ate at Whispering Canyons (I think that's what it's called) in Fort Wilderness Lodge. We had a skillet of food there too. It was very good.

I'm sooo hoping to go on the cruise as well. It's a difficult time of year for Eric to be away from the store as everyone is doing repairs on the houses or camps in the fall. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Mandy- Love the pictures. I really wish I had bought more of the photos. I know better too! We did get a couple. I have to upload a few that I took to share with you guys, I got a few that I think are pretty good.

Tomorrow we are suppose to go tubing. Cora started acting quite sick today. She's had a slight fever, and been quite tired and sluggish. Pushing fluids, and she ate some grapes and crackers too. If she's under the weather still in the morning, I'll have to call our group and let them know that we won't be going. I wouldn't let Randall go without me, and if I went and she stayed home I'd be wondering about. It was a Tae Kwon Do outing for our school, and being a storm team captain, I was really, really suppose to go, but I'm sure they'll understand, right?

Good morning everyone!

Robin, I know you've got to be looking forward to cruising in less than two weeks with the temps the way they've been! We have warm weather within sight here... it's in the mid 40's. I can handle that

Betsy, I love the pics of the birds you posted! One of these days I'm going to put up a nice little garden in the back yard just for the birds. We have those red-bellied woodpeckers in our area, spring mornings they will wake you up drilling on the old trees

Mandy, I'm impressed you remembered out training on Wednesday They questioned with some pretty interesting topics! It was from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. No bathroom breaks or snack breaks Then on our way home they called and said they would be to our house tommorrow (which was yesterday) at 1:00 p.m. We got home at 9:00 p.m. that nite and cleaned like crazy. But now we are official FCparents of Jimmy! I'm ready to relax this weekend.

Wendy, good to see ya posting! Congrats to Randall on scoring the 3 points! How cute Hope Cora is feeling well and that you guys got to go tubing today!

Mary, hope you are doing great! I'm hoping to meet all of you guys again soon!

Betsy - Are you OK, we haven't heard from you for a day or two - I hope you're OK

Robin - I can't believe that in less than 2 weeks you'll be Cruising again, I wish I was joining you

Kelly - Great news that you are now Jimmy's foster parents you have a wonderful family and Jimmy is a great addition to it

Sisters - I hope you are all still singing and dancing !! Are any of you likely to be in WDW between July 13th and 28th - I hope so

Has anyone got anything nice planned for the weekend ? I'm hoping to get to a shopping mall on Sunday, as I'd like to see if there are any nice Summer clothes out yet. I can't wait for the nice weather to come

2 weeks from today at this time we will (hopefully) be onboard the Sovereign of the Seas

Yes, we are just a little bit excited

Tonight we are driving Liz to her friends house for the weekend. That is a 1 1/4 hour drive in both directions. We are picking up some of our friends along the way and going out for dinner while we are there.

Tomorrow, Liz of course will be away and Rick is leaving early (6am) for an airplane event (about 3 hours away). He will be gone until late in the evening.

That leaves me all by myself for the entire day.

I have tap class from 9 till 10 and then I have I go to work for awhile because a service guy is coming

Then I have the rest of the day to do what I want to do.

Big question is........... what do I want to do

Yes Im fine Mandy...But thank you for asking.....
I have been pretty busy trying to get some work done for my mom...Ya know bills and things that just wont go away until you do something with them...

BTW...I love the pictures...

I went into town today for lunch ..because yesterday was just too snowy to drive ..The plows were out ..but we had so much wind here that the drifts were big..and hard to drive through..So I bumped it all til today...
THEN half way through my shopping my mom gets to feeling really sick ...So we hightailed it home....
She is sleeping right now...Im hoping its just a passing thing...and she will feel better after she sleeps for awhile...
Anyway..I Have had better days...

Oh well now that Im home I guess I'll go do up my dishes...and clean my bedroom...

Its funny Ive only been home for a couple of months and I'm SOOOO ready for another vacation....
BUT no plans until Sept...So I guess I better suck it up ...and take each day as it comes....

She is feeling fine today....slept from the time we got home until this morning...and didnt even remember being sick...I guess thats one good thing about memory loss...You forget all about the bad things that happen....

DH and I are just spending some time together...we dont get to very much on the weekdays...So the two we DO get to... we try to take advantage of ...

Morning all.

We are expecting a winter storm here today. Actually I think it's in the beginning stages right now.

It is very windy out right now and it is starting to rain.

The forecast calls for freezing rain, high winds and also large amounts of snowfall.

So it sounds like we will probably get a bit of everything.

I was supposed to go and pick up Liz at her friends house where she spent the weekend but with this forecast I decided not to do the 3 hours of driving.

I bought her a train ticket instead to get home. The train station is only 4 minutes drive from her friends house and maybe about 10 minutes from here. Sounds like the better solution to me.

She has never taken the train before so I guess it will be an adventure for her.
