7th January 2007, 4 Night Wonder Cruise

Good news today. My son's girlfriend has a little baby sister Now they have 5 boys and 3 girls. I'm not sure of the baby's name yet but Rowan (or something like that has been mentioned)

More good news........ for me anyways I'm leaving on Saturday to go and spend a week in Florida Friends of ours have a time share there next week and have really been after us to go along with them. We've been resisting as best we could but they've been very persistent.

I booked flights today. We are flying out early Sunday morning and returning the next week Saturday evening. I will miss Thanksgiving dinner this Sunday at my mom's BUT I'll be in my favourite place to be. Except that there will most likely be no Disney on this trip.

We do have plans to go to Sea World though.

I'm making plans w/ DH to head over that way and get pics of the beautiful ship!!

Congrats to your son's gf family on the new addition Have fun on your vacation in FL I look forward to seeing some pics of Sea World (wink, wink)!

And in case I forget.... Happy Thanksgiving, Robin (a little early)

Does anybody have any nonDisney, non Universal theme park ideas of things to do in the Orlando area??

Although we haven't been for a few years, we love to visit Kennedy Space Center. Next to Disney and Universal, our next fave thing to do is - SHOPPING !!

I use to live in Newport News Va....My DH was in the Air Force...We use to go to Norfolk and Va. Beach all the time....

Where do you live if you dont mind me asking...?.
We wondered all over that area of Va....Saw alot of good concerts at the Hampton Roads Mem. arena... Learned how to drive in that parking lot too

How cool! I love to go to Oceana to see the air shows!

I don't mind you asking... I live an hour south of Chincoteague, VA... home of the wild ponies

I don't like to drive in that area... nor a parking lot over there! So I don't go over there by myself much

Sorry I scooted off for so long. I had to leave work to head out to our Harvest Festival.

I was closer to the Wonder than I am now, but had to get back to work..

Hope you guys are doing well! I keep thinking today is Friday... , I've been a day ahead of myself all week. Usually it's just the opposite!

I can't wait until next week, where we'll be officially under 3 months! And the 90 day mark is coming up soon

Kelly - I can't believe that this thread has been going for nearly 9 months and that we've only got 3 months to go. The excitement is really starting to set in. It's been great chatting with everyone everyday and sharing their experiences.

Roll on the next few months flying by, so that we can all share a Bahama Mama or two

Three papers and one test latter and I'm back. I thought I would take this time to "introduce" you to my family by pictures.

This is Scott aka Dad. He is wearing my sister's scarf and being silly.

This is Denise aka Mom. She needs this vacation because she does to much.

This is David he is 17 and likes reality TV and stupid movies.

This is Joanna. It's not a very good picture but she doesn't like to have her picture taken (So I try to do it all the time ) so this will have to do.

This is Devin he is 9 and has an orange belt in karate.

This is Mary she is 9 and loves to read gets really good grades.

You have three brother and two sisters?...How cool!...And you are the oldest?...Do you mind being the oldest?....My DGD is getting to not like it so much...She has to babysit alot...But I know she just loves her sisters to pieces...and I can see them all being the best of friends when they are all older....
