ah i can't seem to stick with anything!!! but i have been staying with doing the wii at least 5 days a week. I will not work out on Sundays. I've lost 3.1 lbs since Jan. and 2 inches off bust, waist, and hips. But i can't seem to find a steady loss streak. :0/
I too have a sweet tooth. I'm doing alot better and I am definitely making healthier choices but sometimes, i just want some sugar! lol
