7 New Countries in EPCOT

matt - a few years ago they had israel briefly, or actually jerusalem for the 3000th anniversary of the city. it was there abut a year and then taken down when the event ended.

israel
russia
greece
some south seas tropical place - take your pick!
scotland - yes i know its part of GB, but scotland has soooo much personality!

I wanna see Rome, Uzbekistan, and Iowa added.

From a theming/dining/attraction perspective, GREECE would be an outstanding choice and IMO there is not even a close second.

That being said, I don't expect to see another country added anytime soon. I am not sure if Disney feels that it wouldn't effect attendance numbers that much in a positive way(ROI) or if there are other reasons.

One thing I don't believe is that Disney can't expand the WS without sponsorship(read $$$) from the country in question. This is BS and a lame excuse many like to use for the demise of WoL.

1. Russia or Ukraine
2. Thailand
3. Brazil
4. Australia
5. Greece
6. India
7. Egypt

I wouldn't mind seeing Korea for the Kimchi and Bulgogi, but east Asia is already well represented.

As much as we all would like to see a country or two added, just don't think it's going to happen. Disney could probably afford to do it themselves but why would they? If they can get sponsorship/partnership from another nation it would ease the financial burden on Disney. I just don't seeing any addition until the world economic situation get better. Other nations mentioned here are having just as tough or tougher economic problems than we are.

There hasn't been a new country added to WS in 20+ years. That is a heck of a downturn in the world economy.
