7 month question

We are considering going the first week of May. When does the 7 month window start if we want to book from MAy 1st to May 7th. How is availablity if we want to stay at a different resort or should I just book home now?

Also if I book home now and needed to cancel/try and switch they would be returned to my 2005 use year right since I am using them in 2005?

I think you should book at your home resort at 11 months to be sure but you are already within the 7 month window for the trip that you want to take, so I would get on the phone to MS as soon as possible.

Yeah we want to give it as a present to inlaws for Christmas BUT will they go back to 2005 say if we cancel on say Dec 26th?

What month does your use year start? Do you have any 2004 points?

No I am already in borrow mode from the cruise LOL So I have only 2005 points to use. We start in March.

That is no problem then if you had to cancel. As long as you did it before 31 days before the reservation starts they would return as March 2005 points and you would still be able to bank them if you needed too. March is a perfect use year for a May trip that gets canceled.
