7 month/11 month rule

Undeclared inventory is theirs to do with what they want in any way they want. For all else they are limited to using points to secure reservations like any other member. The info I've had in the past suggested they were fairly benevolent in the reservation they took out of the system. Remember points can be used as far as 11 months out for home resort only.

I have been told by DVC management that Disney revenue accounting moves rooms from DVC to Disney when as they need them subject to the 60 day rule.

On rear occasions, DVC management will contact revenue accounting to move a room back to DVC under special circumstances. We had that happen once when MS made a mistake and canceled our reservation once in error.

The only seemingly reliable reports I've seen involve breakage inventory and not the other categories but I'm sure nothing is 100%

Any insight on how cash rentals effect maintenance costs? Do maintenance fees get divided among all points (Disney owned and individual owned)?

The first 2.5% of breakage goes to offset fees but after that I don't think any of the rest does.
