7 in 7 question

I know the Podcast crew just got done doing 7 resorts in 7 days. I'm wondering if they use a check-list when inspecting the rooms. Things like:

• What bath products are supplied
• Number of towels
• Reliability/speed of WiFi
• Temperature control (stability and effectiveness of sensors)
• TV connect-ability (for computers and video games)
• Room service (both availability and speed of delivery)
• Ease of parking near the room
• availability of pool towels

I'm sure there are other things people would like to know.

I would hope so. Also the beds.......last visit to AKL we had a pronounced "hole" on one side of the bed. Called FD, they changed it right away. But I wonder "what about the people that have been sleeping in this room before us?" DH wondered if they just MOVED the bad mattress around to other rooms, like if you had a child in the bed, you wouldn't know how bad it was.
