7 for 4

I have been out of the country and just visited this site today and noticed that there was a thread about 7 for 4. Could someone please inform me about this. We visited WDW last Nov. doing the FTP which was pay for 4 stay for 7. Is this the same thing. Any help will be appreciated and if this has been all discussed before, please accept my apologies!
