7 Dwarf Guidelines

I just saw this on the AllEars site and thought it there might be an opportunity to scrap it sometime. These signs were seen with the pictures of the seven dwarfs on backstage doors during a Keys to the Kingdom Tour.


Seven Guest Service Guidelines
o Be Happy .... make eye contact and smile!
o Be like Sneezy .... greet and welcome each and every Guest. Spread the spirit of Hospitality....It's contagious!
o Don't be Bashful ... seek out Guest contact!
o Be like Doc .... provide immediate Guest Service recovery!
o Don't be Grumpy ... always display appropriate body language at all times!
o Be like Sleepy ... create DREAMS and preserve the "MAGICAL" Guest experience!
o Don't be Dopey ... thank each and every Guest!
