Kaykels!! You'll be in my neck of the woods! I'm in VA just off I95!!!! Bummer, wish we would have known - could have set up dinner or something!! AWWWWW! Have a safe drive (EVERYONE!!) and watch that I95 traffic! Wave when you pass the Potomac Mills sign - that's five minutes from my house!

Can't wait to see/meet everyone!!! (little bummer though - we realized tonight that the Monday 3 pm meet is at the Outlook bar in the Adults only section so it will probably be just me at the meet-n-greet since DH will have to watch the kid )BUT really can't wait to meet everyone (can you tell I'm excited!)!! I got my HD Alien green Mickey heads and will apply tomorrow on the carry on luggage!!

I GOT WRONG INFORMATION!!!

Outlook is NOT the Adult only bar next to the pool! OMGoodness! I'm so sorry! I talked with my manicurist (just went on the cruise a few months ago)who told me about this bar and (I knew I should have looked first!) told me it was next to the adult only pool...NO, that's Signals!! This is on the deck above! I am SO sorry for the confusion but am SO HAPPY that the whole family can come!!!

i am so excited i already made 2 accounting errors at work...good thing no one checks behind me but me

we leave at 5:30 am tomorrow for our 7:30am flight- i can almost feel the FL humidity and can't wait to take a dip!!

has anyone checked out the new DCL website? you can book your palo reservations, spa, kids club....now why didn't they have this up and running a few months ago? really great site!!

hi debbie i could pull up my ressie on the DCL site but unable to register son for kids club-it said to do so on the boat- i'm assuming because our date is here

it would have been nice to have the option to do all our res online but i guess i will have to wait for my next cruise....shhhhh don't tell DH, he has no idea that i may book another one on board!!

my office is extremely laid back- there are only 3 of us so i am not worried .. i would have caught the mistake sooner or later..i'm just wondering how many others i made today??? ....i don't think i will do anymore major accounting today

My, my, isn't it quiet here.....I guess everyone is on their way!!! Or at least some of us! I am just way too excited - especially after watching Travel Channel tonight!! What perfect timing! This is the one DCL I kept missing but thanks to DVR I was able to timer it and watch it!!! OOOOHHHHH!!! I just don't know how I'm going to stand these next 36 hours!

OTOH, Tori started with a croup thing this morning at 2 am. Took her to the ped and it's just her allergies. After her bath tonight though she started running a fever and the wheezing gain! So, she'll probably sleep with us tonight so that I can be right there with her if she has the breathing issues like she did last night - horrible gasping for breath! Hope the Advil works or we will probably end up at the ER getting a breathing treatment tonight....not the way I had planned these last few days before our trip.

We leave Naples at 9 a.m. tomorrow and drive to Orlando to pu ou DD24( the GRADUATE!) and her fiance then on to the Radisson at Cape Canaveral.

Had a scare today at the DR's office. We thought I was getting another blood clot and was going to get slapped into the hospita instead of cruising. Everyone asking if I have trip insurance.
DH and I kept saying they didn't understand, we are cruising on Sat.

Turned out to be a false alarm but I have to take it careful and am back on Coumadin.

Better that than a clot and the hospital.

Can't wait. See you all there!

OMG!! I'm so sorry to hear about the blood clot scare! I know how scary that can be. I've been dealing with these issues with my dad for close to three years now. You need to be very careful and take care of yourself. Please let me know if I can help you with anything. ANYTHING!

I've got my fingers crossed for you guys. OMG Carol! I hope you're OK We'll have to make sure you don't take any falls or cut yourself BTW....have you guys had all the awful weather we have had on the Fl west coast? Suppposed to be a beautiful weekend though
Suzie.....does DD have asthma? Too bad you don't have a nebulizer at home. I have 2.......do you need me to bring one?
We tried to make Palo ressies and register the kids. Wouldn't let us do either. Would have been nice to know this earlier
We aren't leaving til 9am Sat. I need every single second to complete this packing task

You know it seems like all of us have had something the last couple of weeks.
Thank God it's here and hopefully all of us will be good to go.I leave tomorrow at 2:00. Kennedy gets out of school then. I didn't want to take her out another day. I picked Debbie(Pa) up at the airport tonight. We'll both be at the Raddison tomorrow about 4:00.

Seems to be clearing up. Temp went up to 104 and after the Advil and 35 minutes went to 103.5, Now at 10:30 it's down to 102.4...double dosed her on the Advil to try to kick this fever down....that's what they do at the hospital and if that will keep me from the ER, well works for me! I'm not sure about her having asthma. I was (finally) diagnosed with it a few months ago. I've had problems since I was a kid and had to take Sudafed as a prescription. (this was my first "swallow" med and thought they were redhots and chewed them....eeewwwww!!!!) So, since she seems to be following me in my allergies I wouldn't doubt it but they haven't tested her or anything.

So, pray that tonight is an easier night than we are anticipating and let me get back to anxiety and stress of waiting for this cruise! I AM SO THERE ON THAT SHIP ALREADY!!! WILL SOMEONE GET ME A DRINK AND A MASSAGE, PLEASE!!?!?!

Hi Suzie & Carol,
I'm still here! Our flight leaves 7:00 Saturday morning, arriving 10-something in Orlando. I sure hope it isn't delayed. We have to leave at 4:30 am for the airport . It'll be lights out early Saturday night, for sure. And we have the late seating!
Isn't it always the way with kids and illness right when you're going somewhere? Hope DD gets better quickly Suzie. And Carol...ohmygosh, what a scare. Glad you put them in their place!!!
Listen, stay well, Godspeed to you both and we'll all meet up at the port. I'm packed and all I have left to do is a quick dust and vacuum, shine up the bathrooms and we're off....
