7 day italy/france cruise

Has anyone ever done the 7 day Italy cruise. If so can you recommend excursions that you did that you loved or ones you would not recommend. Any information you can give me would be appreciated. I am not going until September of next year, but I am definitely trying to make sure I have all the information I need.

I have done -11 nights and 12 nights that call at those ports and more, I did private tours in each tour, details on my blog MickeyMed who we used in Villefrance La Spezia and Rome. I am aware most cruise now drop La Spezia for Livorno.
