7 AM Genie+ for MMRR, Rope Drop ToT , do SDD last...does this work in current crowds?

We have one day at HS on April 7. Purchased Genie+, plan to rope drop, staying on property so will do early morning 30 minutes.

Will purchase ILL for Rise at 7. Now wondering what our first Genie+ should be. I am thinking of trying to get MMRR so it would give me a closer return time. Rope drop ToT, then hit RRC.

I realize I probably won't get a Genie+ for SDD, so would you recommend trying to do it at park close? I just worry to put it off that I am risking not being able to ride it. But we have never done Toy Story Land at night, so that is why I am leaning toward waiting.

Thoughts on this plan?

Of those, Slinky absorbs crowds the worst, and MMRR absorbs crowds the best in my experience. I would rope drop Slinky, then standby MMRR even without a G+, then G+ Tower.

Last week we did tot and rnrc pretty much walk on. We got there at 730 for an 8 opening. Then we went to mmrr and it was a 35 minute wait at 845. Maybe you could try for a sdd LL and ride the other 3 standby first thing. I’ve read that at something like 717 they release more times for rides if you don’t get both rotr and sdd at 7.

Or do sdd, mmrr, rnrc and do a LL for tot. You’d probably have an hour ish wait to rnrc but if you get a LL for tot for 10ish (as we did when we did something similar to this plan just tsmm instead of mmrr) it would work out well.

My reason to do it one of these ways is then you could re-ride your favorite at closing.

I like this plan, I guess I am nervous because the one time we rope dropped SDD years ago it was down, so I felt like we were behind the crowds to get anywhere else in the park. But I do like getting my first LL for ToT!

I was just wondering if the 2-hour rule would be better navigated if I didn't try to get a LL for SDD. So maybe ToT is the answer for that.

We booked our LL for tot at 7 and got it for around 10 (that’s when we went on the ride). If you do rotr first you may get a little later, but then you should be able to get another good one right when you do tot. We were hopping to ep later that evening so we started stacking for them, so can’t tell you what was available though.

I liked MMRR so much on our first HS park day, that I both rope dropped it and made it my first genie+ LL on our second HS park day, so I could ride it twice in a row.
