I was really impressed with my parents pictures from the Oasis. They had a suite and I think it was about $2500 for the week, I can't recall exactly. My ds9 was fascinated with the donut and cupcake shops they have for "free."

They said they had great service in their stateroom and restaurants. They also really like the water/laser show, ice skating show and a dive show.

I think it would be nice to try, especially with an itinerary we've already done so we could stay on the ship in port. I would just be afraid I'd be lost half the cruise!

I noticed some old posts regarding the Feel Yourself Russian Folklore show. Is anyone planning to do this on Saturday the 24th? I have contacted a couple of tour guides and both of them recommended this. We love the shows on the ship, so I'm a little nervous about missing one of those.

I love this! I hope you don't mind but I asked for (and have already gotten) the same one only with our information. Now we just need to work on printing it onto the magnetic paper.

I am going to go through the other designs and see what else we like/"need". It is so unselfish of them to personalize them for so many people.

If you look on cruisecritic.com you can find reviews of the Folkloric shows in StP.
I don't think you'll be missing a show on the ship that night. My guess is they may just show a movie in the WD theater that night.

This is my first trip to the Baltic, but spent many hours agonizing over what to do in St Petersburg.

Now I'm really hoping the weather cooperates and we get some sunshine while we are there

So funny...two of the souvenirs I wanted the most from this trip I wound up getting before leaving home.

I found some really pretty nesting dolls and a medical alert bracelet made in amber on the internet

Hadn't thought about it before but I needed the medical alert bracelet because of my cochlear implant. So cool to find one with amber beads on it

I'll still look for these in the ports when we are there, but at least the pressure is off now

The prices there were pretty much the same we found in the shops in town we had gone to. There were all kinds of things and all kinds of prices. We didn't buy anything in there since we were tired and just wanted to go sit down, rest and get a drink.

Now she is playing football and join in girls match every Sunday which i am worry more about her cochlear implant... I phoned hospital and they said that it should be fine ... maybe I worry too much??

The pictures of the med-alert bracelets look nice -I'll know better when mine comes in the mail though. They had some with fresh water pearls and crystals too.

Now she is playing football and join in girls match every Sunday which i am worry more about her cochlear implant... I phoned hospital and they said that it should be fine ... maybe I worry too much??

Ummm...By football you mean what we call soccer, right??
So noone is wearing a helmet

You know I worry too about getting hit in the head
I think it is something you will always worry about
I would have her avoid hitting the ball with her head (forget what that's called-never played soccer/football).
Make sure her teammates know to be careful as well

I am very new to these boards and just registered today. I was given the link by MrsG and told about the Ballyhoo Bus. I was going to try to send a PM to Celestine, but they said that I need to post at least 10 times before I would be allowed to PM. My husband and I are interested in reserving space on the bus. Is there still availability for two people? If so, can we get the details?
Being so unfamiliar with the way this works, I am not even sure how I need to check for answers to my question, so if someone could tell what to do about that too, It would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
