I can bring some from my local Tesco's next year,,:woohoo:

Driving to/from the port in my own car has its advantages!!

Now whats the max I can put through the scanner!!!!

Come to think of it I should buy a bottle of Rum & a bottle of Vodka as well seing I will be 20 days before the mast! :drinking1 :drinking:

Err Andrew old chum old bud do you want to help me out here?:grouphug::littleangel:

I'm heading out to a cocktail party soon so I'll have drinks for all of you!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Let me know if you are in town and you can go with me;)

We'll fly out of JFK. I think NY to London is about $1039 pp. Just waiting to book the hotel and then I'll book the air.

I am still thinking about the Alaska cruise. Madison wants to go, she is trying to talk Papa into going. It was a TON cheaper on Celebrity though.
Yesterday I emailed DCL to ask if they are still going to have Pirate Night on the Baltic cruise because I wanted to get Madison and my neices Pirate outfits for Christmas presents. They replied today that they, as of yet, haven't decided the whole itenierary of the cruise. Check back in the coming months. I wonder what is in the works?:confused3

Steve just discovered a Washington apple. They are good if done right. And if done right, I wonder if they fall under the category of "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." :lmao:

Its the last day of summer. Fall officially arrives at 5 pm and its over 98 degrees at my house. April gets to play in a hot, stuffy non-AC gym. And her mommy gets to sit there also until 8:30 or 9 tonight while her FB doesn't work on her phone. :scared1::mad: Can't decide which one is worse. Now to strip down and put on a tank top. Now that really is: :scared1: ()

We hit 104 today. And that fire in Norco is making the air really bad down here.

Hello,hello,hello;)

Hope everyone is well.

Do you think i can hide something in my room in 2010, and find it in 2011???

Some friends of ours always have the stateroom. The two girls have hidden notes in books and other places. The only time they found it when they went back was a note they hid...in the Bible! Guess people are too busy to read the Good Book when on vacation.

Oh, absolutely!:rotfl::rotfl::dance3::woohoo:

And, yes, I did have a good time at my cocktail party!:drinking1:

Bring some with you!:drinking1:

You will be most popular!:thumbsup2:3dglasses

I should have read this advise before I left home. It really wasn't that bad and I kept seeing an old friend of mine in the hallways and then we had a nice long talk afterwards.

I'm so glad my friends will be driving to the port so I can send them my shopping list and they can bring it with them.

I can hook you up if Andrew's car is too loaded down with things he's going to hide in his cabin to find the following year. :lmao:

OH read about the fires on FB. Feel for you. The gym wasn't as bad as last week. Not good but back.

On a bad note, one of the opposing teams Frosh/Soph girls was dancing very suggestively, and upon one of the our stand's cheers (which in itself was a minor miracle) she went running up and down in front of me doing a Kanye and urging us "witches" (with a B) to come on. I was not impressed. She mouthed rather than yelled it out but isn't that the same thing. Am debating on called the school. I know its minor but come on, this was not good. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

I'm so glad my friends will be driving to the port so I can send them my shopping list and they can bring it with them.

But isn't Andrew's car going to be full of all that TP? ;)

Oh forgot to mention, put our deposit down so that I can take advantage of that 1/2 deposit before it ends tomorrow.

GOt to save all the pennies I can you know. :headache:

Morning, all . . . JoAnn posted on our 2007 Med thread that Ken had an emergency appendectomy yesterday btu seems to be doing well . . . she said she would update today.

We all know that Andrew is not bringing his car so he can bring more stuff on the cruise!

He is bringing it so he can fill it with purloined Disney Swag!:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl::laughing::laughing:

DCL better have security keep a close eye on him during disembarkation, otherwise they might be missing a statue from the Atrium!:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

What cruise are you going to be booking? Sorry if I missed it in an earlier post.

I will give it a try.

I am going to be full full full, so nice to be Dover, Barcelona in 2011, isnt so easy..

OK

Girls and Guy some important information.

Do not think I have disappeared on strop!!!!!! (not that I would ever be provoked to do that)!

But I have had ''issues'' with this laptop since I purchased it in March, its very nice, but it 'freezes' for no reason at all. so requires a reboot.

The shop from where I purchased this has agreed a full refund and this laptop is going tomorrow.

Now I have to wipe the hard-drive, stop all my files, and then go and buy a new laptop.

So there will be an interruption to normal service.

Nice of the shop to do that for you. I hope you have another one picked out that you want. But what a pain having to clear out the old one and set up a new one.

BTW...I'm not meaning that I'm sending you my shopping list to bring on the cruise. We have friends that live in Christchurch that are joining us on the cruise and I'll have them do my shopping and bring it with them.

Heard a rumor that Mike isn't coming. Is that true? So far, my friend claims they are still going. We are still scheduled to go but really, really, really, keeping fingers crossed. Those airfares are going to kill us now that my son has decided he will be coming. SIGH. This may not be a good trip for us.
OK, left Mike a message on Facebook. Here's his response.....

We're trying to figure out a way to make it work, but it's not looking too good.
