It sounds like you have a wise agent. Things must be very casual in Fla. Then, we're at the opposite here in NY. You need a lawyer for almost everything. There has to be a happy medium. I'm sure it will all be worth it when you can be at home and get a Disney fix just by driving around your neighborhood!!!!!

In doing this I've found that lots of states don't need a lawyer for a real estate closing. It's seems that more don't need one than do need one.

It's funny since our agent and his wife both work 'seasonaly' at WDW and used to work full-time there. Just to make the whole thing funnier, their names are Mickey and Minnie. Yup, you read that right....his is his given name, and she changed her's a few years ago. To make it worse, their last name rhymes with mouse. Both very nice people and definately look our for their clients. We are lucky that our friends know them and recommended them.

We won't even need to drive around the neighborhood since we can hear the train whistle in the house.

No clue yet, but I'm not cooking either.
DH has said we are going to Ikea for the $1.00 Swedish meatball platter they are offering this weekend. I told him that wouldn't be a wise choice since he gets to board the Wonder on Father's Day.

Whilst you cannot do that directly, I tend to put on a On board credit before I sail, for the amount I know I am commited to, IE, Shore trips, Palo, Palo tips, etc.

Didn't you realize you could just call and add your tips to your onboard acct. before sailing? I always do this, but won't be able to for next month's cruise. I don't trust the TA I'm using, it's thru our timeshare. I'm sure it would be fine doing it but I always get a different agent when I call so I'll just fill out the papers when we board to have them added to our onboard acct.

Yes, Marla & Caro win this year boarding the Wonder tomorrow. Next year I'll probably be in DE at home and not in FL.


DH did ask me where I wanted to go tomorrow so I guess that means his cheap meal from Ikea is out of the question . Now I have to think on where to go.

WOW, is all I can say about our room! It's incredible! We are on the 10th floor facing the Swan. I'm sitting on a very comfy bed, wearing a very comfy robe and can see the Beach and Yacht Club. If I actually got up and walked across our incredibly LARGE room, I could see Tower Of Terror! I think we must actually have a mini suite. We have a king size bed, a round table with 4 chairs, a desk. Then there's the other part of the room with the sofa, 2 chairs, table and a wet bar/kitchenette thing. Plus the 2 large windows! I'm in love! Forget the cruise, I'm staying here! :wink:
We had good flights down here, both very full but on time. Had lunch at Earl of Sandwich.

If you have a chance can you see if there is a server still onboard named Cedomir (pronounced - Chedomear) from Croatia? We had him as an asst. server on our first cruise in '99 and then saw him again 2 years ago on the Wonder, he came back after being gone for a few years. If he's still there we would love to request him for our cruise next month. I should have thought to ask you sooner than now.

So, I'm looking down the list of DISers going, and saying, "I KNOW THAT PERSON..... OOOH, THAT'S ANOTHER ONE OF MY FRIENDS.... OH, THAT ONE, TOO, AND THAT ONE, AND THAT ONE!"

You guys are going to have soooo much fun on this cruise. I just wish I could be there with you this time. I have such wonderful memories of our time on the Mediterranean.
