It sounds like you have a wise agent. Things must be very casual in Fla. Then, we're at the opposite here in NY. You need a lawyer for almost everything. There has to be a happy medium. I'm sure it will all be worth it when you can be at home and get a Disney fix just by driving around your neighborhood!!!!!![]()
In doing this I've found that lots of states don't need a lawyer for a real estate closing. It's seems that more don't need one than do need one.
It's funny since our agent and his wife both work 'seasonaly' at WDW and used to work full-time there. Just to make the whole thing funnier, their names are Mickey and Minnie. Yup, you read that right....his is his given name, and she changed her's a few years ago. To make it worse, their last name rhymes with mouse. Both very nice people and definately look our for their clients. We are lucky that our friends know them and recommended them.
We won't even need to drive around the neighborhood since we can hear the train whistle in the house.
