I knew I'd get a comment out of you on the English Muffin! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Funny!

Have a great trip JoAnn! Enjoy the palm trees and warm weather. Please send some of it back up here!!

Thanks for all your warm wishes. Unfortunately, it's pretty chilly here. I figured that would make everyone feel better. Long flight (I was in the back row window seat.) The new SW has you line up, I'm not how you get your spot and I was pretty much last pick. Yikes! Still looking forward to the change of scenery down here today!:beach:

Hello Ballyhooers!:wave2:

We are going to visit our Son who is in Germany on his foreign exchange. I have all of my hotels set but Hamburg. We would like something "German", but cannot find anything that is not a) extremely expensive or b) very modern! Do yall have any suggestions?

4/15 Say goodbye :sad1:

If you have any ideas I would love to hear them! We have never been to Germany before. I have booked ABD's for there and have compared what we have planned to what Disney does. My son wants to travel to places in addition to what ABD covers. Have you traveled there before, and if so what suggestions do you have?

Your plans sound great. I stayed in Hamburg at the Marriott. It was a good location for the city center. However, it wasn't overly "German." The food in the restaurant was weird. :rotfl2: I guess it was German food.:lmao:

Yuk day with the back, :scared: took the pain killers at 10am and went a bit fuzzy after that, best described like jet lag after the flight home form USA,:faint:

So stopped them and taken my medicine! On a nice glass or two of Wine!!!:goodvibes

So if I keep having some, there might be some interesting posts later:lmao:

So how I feel right now? Sorry, Andrew, but the wine part sounds good!:scared:

Thanks for asking, Stiff back, a constant pain but not a sudden shock nerve pain as before, went shopping for a while today had to walk slow but was able to get around. So improvement in mobility.

Good thing I'm not the Tag Fairy! :crazy2:
Ok, that was funny!
TGIF

Even though I have to work tomorrow, I'm glad this week is over. It was pretty much non-stop rotation, work, homework, and eye doctor appointments, topped off by Linda getting an endoscopy yesterday. We had nobody to sit with the kids, so guess who sat in the hospital waiting room with me for nearly 3 hours? yeah, it was fun.

I tried to read some of the posts over the last couple days. I skimmed over the fluff around the pirate (By the way, congrats laurie!). Even though i wasn't posting, i appreciate the smiles that i got reading about all the goings-on here. Thanks Ballyhooer's!
This group has made a miserable January really fun!
Sorry you had such a tough week Mike. Ugh. Hope Linda is OK.

Andrew,

Can I put in an order for a "very nice red wine" (I always think of Helen & Dave and our winetasting on the Med) (Izzi - ask Paul about it! LOL)
What a great meal deal you have Andrew. I'm not sure what everything is as you Brits have funny names for food :rotfl: :rotfl: , but I'm sure it's all delicious.

Enjoy!

:grouphug: To Linda............Andrew, I'll have one as well.:scratchin

Lets crack open the wine then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Sure, can we wait a few hours, it's just after 9am here.

Ok, I kvetched up, just waiting for the fam to wake up, have a great day all!:grouphug: :wave2: :coffee:

Glad you are on the mend, Andrew!

How's the weather, JoAnn???

Funny!

I don't want you to have bad weather -- I will be far happier knowing you are having a wonderful time! Enjoy the beach and the (relative to here, anyway) warmth today.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
