You should check out another thread on the DCL forum about DCL scrapping the fuel surcharge, it appears it's really hotting up and it looks as though either Disney is trying to do the dirty on us or they really don't know what they are doing

I understood new bookings have the fuel sup dropped and all current bookings with it, will have an adjustment dependent on fuel price credited to your on board ac.

Unfortunately it doesn't look as clear cut as that. New bookings are ok but existing bookings it's something about checking the price on a certain day in the fiscal quarter of your cruise. So at the moment on the same cruise some people will have paid the surcharge and others won't have depending on when you actually booked the cruise
